We purchased some gift cards with them at the end of May and got all delivered in early June. We checked all the balance, and found out that the only one that had issue was a physical gc from Yogurtland, which they refunded. Everything else delivered by email with a pdf file showed the right balance.
We didnt use the 2 $100 GCs with Red Lobster until last weekend as we didnt have time. After a very happy meal we were told both GCs were closed with 0 value! We called the customer service right away and were told that both cards were used in June in Florida, which is just shocking as we live in CA!
We contacted Cardcash and were told they wouldnt do anything as it was beyond their 45-day protetion period, which is just rediculous as the cards were used even within 30-days! Also they put big letter at their website of Lifetime Buyer Protection Guarantee on New eGift Cards and I was never informed that they were selling used GCs and if I knew it I wouldnt have even bought from them. After seeing all the others review I found out this is totally a fraud company! DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANY GCs from CARDCASH!
I recently saw that this "company" has an "F" with the Better Business Bureau! Their accreditation has been REVOKED! Several have complained that they received gift cards which were used later, so apparently, the previous owners wrote down the card numbers, and used them later on.
Here's my issue! I bought a Lowes digital gift card in November 2015. It clearly says "Lowes GIFT CARD!" It has a bar code and all. I couldn't use it online nor in-store! Lowes scanned the barcode and confirmed that it had a $231 balance, but said I couldn't use it! They said it was actually a "merchandise credit", not a gift card as it says! They said I'd have to get a refund from the 3rd party seller. I called cardcash. Wow! I got different stories. One girl said that the actual physical cards are kept in the main office, and they would look for the one to my digital card. Over a week later, I received an email saying NOTHING about that! It kept repeating the 45 day guarantee, sayithey weren't responsible!
So, I filed a complaint with bbbdotorg. My response was that cardcash was not a 3rd party seller, that they were like eBay, and only offer a place for sellers to list cards. REALLY? That's odd, because every time I have bought cards, it DID NOT have some private individual's name on the package, nor did I send payment to a private individual! How about you guys? I sent payment to CARDCASH and received a package or email with digital cards from CARDCASH.
Furthermore, Lowes DOES NOT issue digital merchandise credit with a barcode! So, explain how I was sent one? The original owner didn't have that. He/she had a PHYSICAL "merchandise credit" card.
The company refuses to refund my money! I am furious, but some have lost THOUSANDS from this joke of a company!

Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.

Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
