I have sent your company three emails and received acknowledgement you received them and NOTHING RESPONDING TO MY QUESTION. I received an additional $11.40 charge for some international interchange that I was not made aware I would get. My pay pal account was accessed twice. I've been waiting for an answer. I haven't contacted Pay pal to investigate but will. Simply put I've lost my trust in your company... and will caution my friends at the camp grounds so they are aware of the service. Sorry to say, because you seem to have a good product.

So far, I am satisfied with the shopping experience; the site was easy for placing an order; it appears you have the product to fit my needs/car; I realized the 'disclaimer' on the document inside the package indicated that the product ordered 'may' have a tag or is written to show front and back. That is not the case on this product; 1st attempt, I had the cover on backwards...2nd try a no-brainer...LOL
