Shipment was very slow. My card was charged, a label was created and a tracking number sent to me. Then the product sat and took days before it was provided to the shipper. I purchased it on 8/29 and it was delivered on 9/9. That's not 3 to 4 day shipping. The cover is NOT a custom fit. It's a big loose bag that goes over the car with elastic around the edge. My previous cover from a different company fit perfectly. Yours has no mirror pockets and is not a custom fit. It appears as if you make one cover for all minivans.

Very easy to find what i am looking for.i received my car cover very fast. I was missing the cable and lock but i contacted them and they sent it out right away. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a car cover.

I received my order but realized immediately I had given the wrong model and year for my cover. I contacted CarCover and followed the instructions by sending an email to that effect. I also called and spoke to a sales representative and informed him of my error. Since that exchange on Friday September 4,2020, I have not heard from the company. I was told that CarCover would contact me so that I could exchange the purchase for the correct model and year!
4-5 times the cost of a cheap car cover ($30-$40) but I wanted better quality, so went with yours. Still, wish it weren't quite as expensive. Having said that, made-to-fit, nice padding (better to protect finish and hopefully damage from hail), heavier layering, quick deliver. Super!
