Quick &easy shopping experience
I have not used it yet my car has been in the shop since June so maybe I can use it in December if it's out I don't know if it's gonna fit
They went through a process of identifying the car for the cover and tell you they have a fit. Submitted an order and when it arrived, it did not fit very well. All baggy and pouchy and dragging on the ground. I sent an email to ask for an exchange for a better fit or a refund. They offered 40% off to keep it, they made no other conditions.
I decide it was an OK offer in lieu of spending $40 to ship it back and get another cover that might be even further off, so I accepted. 4 months later the top of the cover is falling apart and will soon be useless. Sent photos to carcover.com and they refused to address it due to the 40% discount. No conditions were specified at the time of the offer and the discount was as much to save them money for shipping out a new cover as it saved me money to return the bad fitting one to them.
Not good customer service, unreliable fit, poor quality materials, deceptive warranty practice. Overall a bad company.

Well thank goodness I only went with the one I did. I was going to order gold. This looks like one I would by at local auto parts store and nothing like pic. I have California cover on car and had hope this would be close so I can't see paying full price at 250.00 for this.

The site was user friendly but I had a problem finding where I was to put the discount code since it was out of the frame and lower in the bottom of my screen. Finally found it with help from customer service assistant.

I would suggest putting a marker on it to indicate "front" / "back" - I got it right the first time but it would be helpful

It's a decent cover, but they sent the wrong size. I've been emailing for three weeks trying to get a return sorted out. I even had another customer call me, evidently they switched ours and they referred her to me to sort it out. They only provide customer service via email. I had to call the order line to talk to a person; they couldn't help me but did give me the phone number of a manager.

Excellent service, especially with your chat line! Only issue I have is that the cover doesn't have pockets/openings for my 1959 Chevrolet Nomad front fender mounted rear view /side mirrors. The cover is then too tight at the fenders and hangs up because of this and does not cover the lower portion of the fender
