I've been satisfied with the car cover. Pretty generic as it really didn't fit my car like a glove, which is okay for me. I did order the wind gust straps as well. It's been about 2 months and the straps are already breaking and falling apart. I've not problem with the cover but buy your own straps. Theirs do not last and are not replaceable and have no warranty after 30 days

I purchased the highest quality RV cover they had in hopes that it would last 2 years realizing that the sun will ultimately deteriorate anything. But, it only lasted 45 days before it was falling apart and leaving a thick dust on my RV. I called and they offered me a replacement if I paid $95 in shipping - Hardly worth it to get a cover that would last another 45 days. I asked for a refund and they would only offer me 20% credit back. I tried to negotiate 50%, but they refused. They sell Junk and they make it sound like top quality - don't fall for it, buy from a reputable company.

Bought a classic car, had it delivered on a Sat. Car cover delivered that Wed. (order#*******), put cover on car Friday, it rained that night. When we removed cover on Sunday, the water had pooled and caused spotting in paint. Dealers, and painters say they never seen water spots that seem to be under clear coat. Just fog on paint.
Called carcover.com and they offered 20% and finally a 40% refund, saying its normal for water to seep through. Said they were only responsible for the cost of cover not damages, and I would have to pay to ship the item back at my expense.

CarCover.com is very misleading on their "Lifetime" warranty.
I bought a cover for my 27' camper trailer in SEPT 2019 ($370). The cover seemed okay for the first 6 months. After that you could tell the sun did damage. The material becomes soft and thin and it will rip very easily. It is now Nov 2020 and I have many holes in the cover and the top is disintegrating and has a huge hole.
I contacted CarCover.com for a replacement. They told me that the replacement is free but the Shipping cost is $95! They also said that they will only replace the cover 3 times.
"Lifetime warranty"... not quite:-(
Each time the cover is replaced it is another $95.

If i could do it again... I would have been better off buying a quality cover somewhere else for $500‐$600.

I do not recommend this company.

Purchased the most expensive 5L Severe weather cover for older Pop-up Trailer with what I thought was a lifetime warranty. After just 6 months, the cover failed catastrophically after the summer melted the cover in spots. The trailer was parked in a sheltered spot and with a little bit of wind fell apart. And our trailer got a bunch of water in it after the rain. After 6 months the cover is severely dried out and brittle. Sent pictures and they offered to replace the cover for only $95 shipping! I paid $159 for the cover on sale with free shipping. No way i'm paying that much for a new cover I don't know will even last another 6 months and their lifetime warranty only covers 1 replacement. Super responsive until I pushed back and then takes forever to respond. Absolutely dishonest and does not stand behind their products! Don't bother... still waiting for resolution!

They went through a process of identifying the car for the cover and tell you they have a fit. Submitted an order and when it arrived, it did not fit very well. All baggy and pouchy and dragging on the ground. I sent an email to ask for an exchange for a better fit or a refund. They offered 40% off to keep it, they made no other conditions.

I decide it was an OK offer in lieu of spending $40 to ship it back and get another cover that might be even further off, so I accepted. 4 months later the top of the cover is falling apart and will soon be useless. Sent photos to carcover.com and they refused to address it due to the 40% discount. No conditions were specified at the time of the offer and the discount was as much to save them money for shipping out a new cover as it saved me money to return the bad fitting one to them.

Not good customer service, unreliable fit, poor quality materials, deceptive warranty practice. Overall a bad company.

Purchased the gold 5l trailer cover for my small pop up camper to prevent sun damage. After 9 months the cover split in 2 areas along each side and the tear keeps growing. This is a cheap 1 ply cover. Not as advertised at all.

Although you get a "5 year warranty" they charge an absurd $95 shipping charge which is more than half the cost of the cover ($179 with free shipping) to start with. Not worth the warranty cost for another throw away cover that might last one summer. So I will not be repurchasing. I wish I had listened to other reviews before giving this company any money.

Was in the market looking for a waterproof cover when I stumbled upon CarCover.com. I was a bit skeptical at first since it looked like it was too good to be true I did my homework and found many positive reviews on the cover being waterproof. I decided to put it to the test since they offer a 30-day money back guaranteed. And as described and advertised the cover is indeed waterproof. Thank you, guys, for such a great product, you now have my full support.

Purchased an RV cover in 2020 and it didn't even last 10 months! The entire one side of the seem had torn! Sent them the pictures and proof of purchase and the best they could was send me another one with my responsibility to pay $95 shipping cost! I wanted a refund! This was after the fact that I have tried to contact this company several times before actually getting a response and they take their time responding back and resolving any issues!

I have tried to attach my picture of the cover torn all the way across one side and this website, weird that it's saying it can not process my image right now! Hmmmm…..

Purchased the car cover ultimate snow rain water proof and received the cover and the agent didn't advise me that if there is anything wrong with it I have 30 days but they state a 10 year warranty. This company uses false advertisement. The cover was 1/4 inch short got moisture on the the roof even if its a light drizzle of rain. Bought the cover in April 2020 and it failing and they won't replace it with a new one. They just tell you that there is nothing they can do unless its detriated. Basically don't purchase from them you'll be very sorry customer if you do.

I dont usually write reviews but I feel so discontented with returns. WARNING TO BUYERS: Be sure you really need this car cover for your vehicle. I am one of the unfortunate victims of this company. Purchased the car cover but found out its too big and too heavy to use for my Toyota Sequoia (takes 2 persons to put on/off). So i decided to return it. First they offer me 10% off the full price if I change my mind of keeping it. I declined because I decided to put up a shade instead. Then they increased the offer to 15% if I change my decision. They're getting desperate (I thought). Again, I declined the offer. I returned the car cover following the process but to my surprise they charged me 30% for what? Restocking(?). I feel obligated to warn potential customers. Car Cover? NEVER AGAIN!

With all the different companies claiming to sell the "best" car covers, you'd think the quality of the bigger companies would be top notch. Not only was my cover far from a "perfect" fit (as advertised) but it wouldn't stay on the car and I came home to it blown off into the neighbors yard with several tears in it. After asking for a refund they tell me they can send me a new one (as if I was
Pleased with the first one i got) and after arguing with them about that they offer me a 50 percent refund. I'll never deal with this company again
