Easy to purchase- did not realize that with the purchase of my PCM that I had to remove the old PCM to provide an accurate serial number. Once I found the unit in my truck, it was not hard to remove.
Gave me what I needed - other sites were very confusing
I found a service for the exact part number of my TIPM on their website. I ordered the repair and sent the part to them. They e-mailed me after they received it and stated they are unable to repair this model. They did send it back to me and I am currently awaiting a refund. I think the part should be removed from the web site if the service cannot be performed.
I put my order in and when I had a couple difficulties with my side of things they helped every step of the way and got my order made, programmed, shipped, and delivered in a very quick, timely, and professional manner.

I sent old email back right away and wish I didn't. Car is having worse issues now and will not start now and I can't change back to old ecm.
I received my part in a timely manner. It was painted black had some dust in the connectors that had to be cleaned up. When I first plugged it in Jeep acted funny for a second. All my dashlights are flashing had to turn it off and turn it back on everything. Reset, been running great since
A place to put in Vin number when ordering part

I've ordered a few times and every time the computer comes as described fully programmed so its as simple as installing the computer and turning the ignition.
Everything went very smooth, from talking to customer service to printing out the shipping label to the delivery of the PCM.
I need a little time to finish fixing the other problem before I install the computer it might be more than a week I'm trying to figure it out please I will send the old one back thank you

Shipping was problematic as it was delayed. If on time would have saved me $117.61 in rental car fees. Not you fault rather the carrier's
Awesome experience, great customer support and cooperation with assuring that i get the correct product i needed for my vehicle
I received my new computer and installed it. It didn't work. Spoke to your tech department, who were very friendly and accommodating, and they suggest to have the key programmed to get the computer to work. It didn't. Brought to my mechanic ant a local shop and he said it should just plug and play. Spoke to my engine specialist and he said it should plug and play as well. The old computer still works but I'm getting 6 codes when I drive it. I will return it, but I was hoping to have a new one sent out asap. That wasn't an option, so I have to purchase another one - so I can have a new one reach me quicker. You should have started a new computer for me and waited for proof of the return before you ship a new computer.
I received everything in a timely fashion. I installed the PCM today…. Awaiting for my key coder to come tomorrow to see if it works. Thanks
Perfect ecu for my 98 jeep grand Cherokee had no power to ignition coil installed ecu and the engine fired right up. Highly suggest this company for any ecu needs!
I have pictures and will be returning the wrong item. I will also follow up with customer service next week.
I've ordered many control modules for my customer's vehicles and have always received them promptly. They plug in and perform perfectly.
Great service and timely. Ignore the negative reviews from home-gamers who buy PCM's thinking that they will fix their problem on a prayer without proper diagnostics or actual technical skills relating to automotive computers.
My wife's 2010 Mustang was having problems that the dealership narrowed down to the car computer. They wanted 2600 dollars to fix it. Checking around I found Car Computers Exchange, and they repaired it was less than 400 dollars.
N/A, check back at a later date for a review of the item.
I have no opinion at this time. I'll let you know when I put it into play. Then I'll evaluate shipping and quality.
It took us a bit to install the rebuilt module it worked first time. We did get an error never seen before no fault of the module. We did get it fixed looking great now. I think the software updates let us see it. Thanks guys
The instruction sheet was helpful in sequencing how to install and reattach the battery, the computer was plug and play, which was nice
Haven't really worked with anyone yet but the ordering seems smooth
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
