Great experience. Fast shipping and module works great!
I purchased a PCM for a Jeep and we didn't see any issues with it for a year. I recently purchased another for a Chrysler 300 and again for a Ram 1500. Easy process, plug and play, and you can't beat the warranty as long as you follow the instructions!
Overall very happy with this company. Fast programming and delivery.
Module was programmed correctly. Was in place in my vehicle within 15 minutes and worked perfectly.
We were pleased how easy the website was to navigate, place our order and the timely manner in which we received the computer.
Shipping took a while but definitely easy process and fixed my issues
I had an easy time plug and play my van is riding like new again thank you
I don't recall the 'important' information regarding the 'new' care Warranty being told to me upon purchase. The only thing I remember is that the warranty would not be effective until the 'old' computer was returned. I was not told about the CORE Fees or the 7-day return policy! Since Im not fixing the car myself, my control of returning the computer is really out-of-my hands and all I can do is relay this info. To the car dealer, so Im a little disappointed in this experience!
Gavin was very helpful and professional when I ordered an ECM for my car. Installation was quick and easy with instructions provided and car runs great again.
Look great worked great well pleased. Have not had any problems yet. Would recommend to any one.
Every one said the ECM was the problem with my sons jeep I installed it and will see how it goes.
Aside from the cost of the computer $218 including shipping, it cost me $150 to have my car transported to a facility and have the computer flashed at the cost of $275. I had checked several web sites and this one sounded like the way to go. I was not about to wait for a replacement. I needed the car and wanted it fixed now.
So far was easy to navigate site. Fast delivery also prepaid core return.
When I sent my original one in for repair you never repaired it and you charged me
I was scared at first as i'm here in texas and thought off getting scammed but omg what a bunch of wonderful people thank you so much
Computer seems to be working fine. I trust this will be long lasting.

Was very satisfied, they made ordering super easy, even when I didn't have all the part numbers, made one phone call to them and they walked me through it,and my product was on its w
We were finding that the part we needed for an older transmission was almost impossible. Then I happened on to Car Computer Exchange. We ordered, got it and it worked perfectly. Thanks for the great service.
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
