Good directions on the proper way to change it out. I changed everything spark related till I figured out it was a bad computer. Bought a computer off car computer exchange and fired up runs great zero issues.

New PCM got me up and running again. We checked everything. Cam / crank and coil. All connections were checked as well. No BUS code lead us to the PCM.

Called to order PCM for my 2004 PT Cruiser my first car I ever bought brand new... they were very helpful... came in a week, very easy to install
Per instruction keys were supposed to be pre-programmed, cut new keys and had to have ford program keys to car 200.00 additional cost. Vehicle is repaired and works to engineered specs
I put in the new computer and it wouldn't start my Jeep. I called and got in touch with company and walked me through the process for another exchange. Waiting on new part!

The only thing I'd suggest is better/timely tracking information, and a more visible requirement and instructions to send back a core, right up front. I expected that, but - and it could be operator error - didn't see it until the replacement unit physically arrived.
