Car computer exchange was thorough and quick to send out the product.
Very quick delivery. Seems to be the correct part. Once it was installed, the car started up first click of the key.
It took a little bit to be sure I was getting the right part, I think I have.
Really satisfied with the product. Price was good plug and play was awesome. Shipping a little slow.
The most recent update had to be performed on unit when received so that was different than promised but shipping went well, and representative on phone was fine. Could have been a little more friendly but new her job well. Overall good experience.
I was very happy and I'd use them again. The experience was very easy
Fast, sure hope this fixes it, 2007 ford computers are no longer available this is the only way
Just received product and have not installed it yet. So far experience has been good
Wasn't sure of ordering a truck computer offline. Arrived fast and was packaged well. Put the computer into today and had the keys reprogrammed. Started right up and no codes were found. Will be driving it to see if all holds up and no codes pop back up.
Followed the included directions and as soon as the new unit was installed it started right up.
Ordering needs to be more specific so you dont order the wrong computer like I did but otherwise good experience
I need to know my order number
Because I ordered two and only needed one but got charged for two and never got a refund
Prior to ordering the remanufactured computer for my 2006 Jeep Commander, I called and asked to speak to someone who could answer my questions. The lady who answered the phone could not answer my questions and seemed put out when I asked if I could speak with someone who would be able to answer. She then took my name and number. I never received a call back. I decided to go ahead and order a PCM anyway and my Jeep ran fine after installing the computer.
I was able to place the order. Had it shipped to my mechanic. Have not heard back from him yet to know if issue is resolved.
Sent off to correct a PCM issue, with loss of signal. Once returned, vehicle will crank, but does not start, when it ran before rebuild.
No thank you I do not wish to elaborate anymore decided to shop somewhere else
This transaction worked seamlessly. The car dealership didn't have access to a new part, so Car Computer Exchange shipped me a preprogrammed part quickly. The part worked flawlessly. I highly recommend this company.
I have ordered the part. They asked for a survey. I have yet to receive the PCM and haven't dealt with their reps yet. The ordering process was easy, and I am looking forward to the rest of the experience. 5 STARS thus far.
Had a problem with the PATS, sent back the PCM hope everthing will be good when I get it back. Thanks for the help.
Good so far so good will see how it works
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
