I received and installed the computer according to the instructions. However, the truck has the same symptoms: it does not always start, almost all the indicators on the instrument panel do not work, errors are displayed that the control unit does not receive any signals from the other modules. Previously, the only problem was that fuel was not supplied, now in addition to this, there is no connection with the other units. It seems that the control unit has finally collapsed. Do you have another one to replace it? What should our next steps be to work on the warranty case.
I contacted them for a PCM which controls the alternator regulator my alternator had shorted out and took out the PCM they were prompt on getting me a new PCM. I'm returning the old one price was reasonable pre-programmed so you don't have to flash it I put it on the jeep everything is working as it should. I had a great experience with the company.
Haven't gotten a chance to put it in due to the weather. Hopefully I can get it put in this weekend
The whole process was easy when I got the part I put it in car started right up. I shut it off started it back up and everything worked out worked everything. I've been driving it and it seems to be running smoother than it was so I'm very happy.

The company is very easy to deal with. Very clear of expectations
Easy to order and timely. Liked the fact that you didn't charge the core up front like some other shops and that you sent the return envelope. Easy to install, reasonably priced and thoroughly tested
Quick and easy with no issues. PCM works as it should with no issues thus far.
Fast, easy with no issue. Clear direction with great result's
Details about what was needed were very informative
What started out to be a week turn into two weeks hard to tell a customer that they keep messing you around between shipping and the manufacturer of being so rude when I called for help on the product and data for delivery the person I talked to was so rude for that reason I will not buy another computer from this company or they'll never get my money again thanks to their rudeness and under love delivering I would recommend someone else going somewhere else
Car computer exchange was thorough and quick to send out the product.
Very quick delivery. Seems to be the correct part. Once it was installed, the car started up first click of the key.
It took a little bit to be sure I was getting the right part, I think I have.
Really satisfied with the product. Price was good plug and play was awesome. Shipping a little slow.
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
