I was very happy with my experience. The agent that I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and informative with regards to the products available. He spent over an hour on the phone to make sure I had all the information I needed. Great service.
Still waiting for my official copy of my personal contract to review all the contents as expressed to me by the sales associate via our phone conversation. A "switch" was made to a two year contract to reduce my monthly cost, and in speaking to the sales manager in reviewing the "terms", he mentioned a $200 deductible, which was not mentioned by the associate in the "switch" to the two year contract.
I asked for a change in the two year quote for a $100 deductible.
The CARCHEX representative was knowledgeable, helpful, and identified the plan that most fit my needs. He also walked me through the online acquisition form to ensure a problem-free enrollment in the system.
New to CARCHEX, so far so good, hope it lives up to the name and performs as it says. Will be glad to comment again once I do have to send my vehicle in for repairs. Hoping I don't ever have to send in my vehicle for repairs. Happy with the customer service!
My experience with CARCHEX was superb. I contacted them for an extended warranty and they went over everything that I was receiving, explaining thoroughly. I was very satisfied and will recommend them to others.

Carchex for California Auto warranties, If your car has less then 100,000 miles or less then 12 years old is the best buy you can make. Great people to work with on the phone. I give them 5 stars.
DISAPPOINTED! SHAM POLICY!
I have purchased the Titanium extended warranty for my wife's 2011 BMW and had the warranty for a year. About 3 weeks ago my wife's car would not start when it is parked directly in the sun and took to certified BMW mechanics who diagnose the problem and my claim was denied. They told the mechanic to reset the and clear the censors and that will fix the problem. Well the car has been back in the shop for more than a week after my daughter and wife got stranded and we are still waiting on CarCHEX to get back with us since now the car is not starting at all. Why do we have this extended warranty that we are paying for every month? In the process of looking for new coverage since this coverage is a SHAM!
When you purchased a contract they tell you you can cancel within 30days no questions asked.
When you try to cancel they send you a letter asking why you want to cancel in addition to other information.
They state that it will take 45-60 days to refund your money.
Why should a customer have to submit a letter of explenation to cancel and have to wait 45-60 days for

Trying to talk to someone, get put on hold for long periods. Had to hang up. Now, I want to cancel this policy. Bad customer service is a sign of things to come.
Just tried to file my first claim - it was denied as a pre-existing condition. RIPOFF COMPANY! Blake Cooley was the person I spoke to, he was very smug and admitted that all cars wear as they are driven. Evidently my car issued a trouble code at some time (cars don't report those codes to people, just when serviced) and you don't know until it is taken in for service. Again, a RIPOFF COMPANY!

Brought car to mechanic, repairs were completed but when he needed to be reimbursed he wasn't able to get money sent from carchex. Now I am without a car for another day.

Answer: Guaranteed there are many companies who Are less expensive. This company just takes your money. Once you pay 80 -90 percent. They become arrogant and don't care if you get upset and quit... They got a brunch of free money from you...
