This is my first experience with CaratLane. I was very hesitant to step into a gold shop due to pandemic but had to buy earrings for my daughters. Looked at CaratLane and they had an try at home option. The whole process was very smooth right from fixing appointment and sending the executive. Mr Santhosh called me and checked for a convenient time and came home. He showed us the designs we selected and got few more similar samples to try. Don't ever buy from caratlane they are making fool people. While buying they'll charge one price by saying we will be deducted 10%of the price while selling the same but they never do that more than half the price they deduct by saying gay making charges which they never clarify while buying after asking again and again also. Behavior of sales person horribly bad. Horrible experience. I wish I could give less than zero rating.
Recently I purchased one diamond ring. Unfortunately the size was bigger. But after talking with the caratlane customer service representatives Juwairiya helped me get to the right team and after that Harsh took care of everything and placed exchange order for me of my choice. The delivery was 1 week late, and was a day before my engagement date. The customer service agent said there's no way we could process an international order this quick, and he tells me this 2 days before the engagement. But while ordering they gave me a much earlier date.

I was trying to order something from one country and getting it shipped to another, due to which I was having trouble in the payment step. Please don't buy anything from these, even i was their old customer, they want refund full money back, i returned a order and they charge 500 rs per pickup charge also.and returned half amount of product. I gave them all box and certificate everything, still customer care people saying they only can give half amount of product, how come?

I purchased this necklace from CaratLane. Received on time but it very very small in size not as the picture. It is x3 smaller compare to the picture advertised on their website! It looks like a child necklace! I contacted customer service they said that there is no refund or return for international customer I can bring it to India when I come there I am not from India! That means I have to spent money for tickets just to return a $368 necklace it would have cost me cheaper to just make one here!
Please be cautious from this website it a rip off! Necklace is very thin and tiny

While purchasing a diamond, 1 feels if three C's are taken care of, u have got the right diamond but there is a 4th C i. E cut. A good cut decides the proportion and that's where they are fooling. Their solitaire cut is highly disproportionate because which half the diamond loses its lusture in 1 yr.
