These ppl have the most inaccurate description on their website! I ordered a diamond earring which in the pic showed a women wearing it and if correct size! When the item arrived it was so small that it will look too tiny for a 1 year old. It said free returns so when I contacted them they say I should visit a store in India and return even if I purchase it in USA. Useless customer care doesn't know what are they talking

I have ordered my engagement/wedding rings from Caratlane, from their platinum couple bands. The design, the make, delivery and customer service was excellent. But I am so unhappy about the quality. After wearing the rings for a few months, me and my husband started getting itchy rashes on the fingers. Now we are so sad that the rings something that was quite important and memorable for us is of no use to us. We have to watch it from time to time and get satisfied, rather than wearing them. We don't know what to do. It would be good if Caratlane along with their designs and customer service pay a little attention to their product quality as well. Otherwise, customers like me who depend on you to mark a life event with your jewellery would end up regretting it.

I placed an order with a promise to deliver on 10 Nov... no delivery happened

Response to my call to cal center on 10 Nov... sir, it will be delivered. If not, I will call you back before eve to update status

11 Nov... sir sorry for delay. It's getting delivered today

12 Nov: sorry give us 1- 2 days or we will cancel and give you money after 7 days

Call center team doesn't give you a name, number to be held responsible, no escalation mechanism, no way to find out real status of delivery!

If u are running an online store, find a process to be available and be transparent... if u have screwed up an experience, u should know how to reimburse and make good fast.

I wanted to buy a ring for my special one but was not sure about buying jewellery but thanks to Mr. Saeed Hussain from caratlane who bought all my shortlisted products to my home and help me buy perfect ring within my budget. Kudos to caratlane for managing such great home delivery services.

Today I visited the caratlane outlet at city centre Guwahati. It was my first time at caratlane, and I must say the shopping experience was gratifying.
The buying experience was enhanced because of excellent service by Sri Akhil Sharma. He took all efforts to find out the right combination I was looking for my daughter.
Certainly will shop in the future.

Impression of size of Product on the app is quite a bit inaccurate. Was taken aback with the actual
Size of the tourmaline pendant I received as against how to t looked on the app. Similarly the band was a bit too thin for what I imagined I'd get.

I ordered nazariya bracelet for my 4 month old. The designs are very good but the size was big for my bub.
I was so excited about this bracelet but when I tried on him, it was way too loose. The options are less in the bracelet to make it more tighter. I wish it had more to tighten it..

Service provided by Abul was good. Variety was good and the visiting professional was good at service. Variety is good

I've been a regular customer to caratlane from last 3 years. I like caratlane designs.

However recently I've felt that now making charges of caratlane products have increased too much making it not worthy buy.

I have attached one sample picture where in you can see making charge is 50 percent of gold+diamond value. I think you should work on it to retain your customers.

After my third purchase at caratlane, I finally decided to stop shopping from caratlane. They look beautiful but not meant for daily use or even occasional use for that matter. All three times the jewelry broke into pieces and when I aksed for return only after a week of use, they demanded a huge deduction in the cost I paid.
It's not worth it. Horrible experience. Even their customer care executives and cold and useless.

Living away from India for many years now, I've always had difficulty in finding jewellery with real diamonds.
Especially during this pandemic, after losing my fav nose pins, I kept searching for reliable stores to buy a replacement.
Luckily my friend suggested I check Caratlane's website.

Prices are very reasonable and guess what - free international shipping!
Only took couple of weeks to receive my delivery. Very impressed with their product and service.
