Really grateful to Caratlane for TryAtHome feature. Abul ghazi called, texted and explained me the whole process and steps. Upon agreeing he showed up with my shortlisted items and also a few others from his side to provide me multiple options.

I also had an exchange chain and he did explain me the whole process about how it works and also the details of each item.

Never buy any product from Catalane online as they do not return or exchange products once it is paid/dispatched. I did not like quality of material sent to me. They have not mentioned clearly for the product that it will not be exchanged or returned and refused me saying "we can not give any option for exchange or return. If you have any further concerns, contact our management." As if Caratlane management are my neighbours so that I can go and tell my concerns to them. Very bad experience. Lost my money for bad quality product. Regretting.

I bought a chain last month, and I live in the US. The chain broke in less than two weeks. I wish the chains were made a bit stronger. I am not sure if I can exchange or fix it. Indeed, the items like smaller than in pics which we should realize.

Very polite, punctual and cooperative executive team members, both online and offline. Excellent hassle free customer service, particularly by jewelry expert Mr. Santhosh who was always very patient in explaining. The only negatives are high making charges and no provision of GIA/IGI certificates in preset designs.
