Hi i was trying to purchase a ring since long and was not able to finalize the design. Abul really helped me in selecting the right option.

He got various options based on my requirements and i was able to select even a better option than what I was looking at earlier.

I have made several purchases through caratlane, not that their product matched to what was shown on website, but because I liked the design which was unique from all the other gold stores. However, the customer service of caratlane sucks big time. They never respond, leave you hanging forever. You keep messaging them, hoping one of them will have the courtesy replying back. But it's useless! It's shameful for Tanishq that Caratlane is associated with them. This business will go downhill very soon if they don't take customers seriously. I am from United States and there is no way I can contact them except for messaging them on whatsapp. I do not recommend this site for anyone from United States. I regret buying anything from them at all.

My son fixed up an appointment on Carat Lane for home viewing of the selected jewellery pieces. Within two days the selected jewellery pieces were brought at our doorstep by Mr Rabindra, a very polite professional and a persuasive one. I ended up buying two pieces (I was supposed to purchase one)! I really liked the shopping experience sitting at home. Thank you.

I ordered a diamond necklace (mangalsutra) and my online ordering experience was smooth. The customer service is prompt and helpful with any questions pertaining to the order. The product arrived earlier than expected and was packed/shipped well.

I have purchased one ring from caratlane 1 year ago. I wear it for 1 month and it faded color. And when I went to store to resolve this. They said 1 year expired already. You have to only exchange it means sell it and buy another one. I trusted this brand. Now I really will think twice again to purchase anything from here.

They don't provide with card certificate. You order for jewellery worth thousands and they chase you to buy their products but once it's done customer agents are really pathetic and rude. They evn alter the weight of the items and in invoice there is no mention of gold and diamond weight. Worst site to order jewellery online

These so called corporates are so poorly managed. They give you a date and time slot, then make excuses, for a 9.30 am scheduled meeting at home for a diamond pendant, they call at 10 and say I don't have the product yet in my hand, I will come at 11. Then promise they will be there by 1. I wasted my whole day waiting and left at 3pm. Had to overtime my driver for them delaying my entire schedule. Guess what? At 4pm I get a call, we can be there tomorrow. Seriously? Who do you think you are? Never do any business with them. I am finished.

Mr. Syed was on dot with my selected designs for home trial! It was very smooth and delightful experience! I selected my design and finished the purchase in 5 minutes!
