We bought a diamond ring from Caratlane, but exchanged it thrice due to size/liking issues. To my surprise each time caratlane provided us great service and exchange process was hassle free. Specially Rabindra from caratlane, was very helpful.
He helped us in choosing the right size, option and provided us best deal. We called him home thrice and everytime he provided services with same proficiency. Cudos to Rabindra and Caratlane Team.

If I could give a zero rating to this store. They are fraud who will take your money and will have you jump through a million hoops. And still wont give your money back. Im talking about canceling an order thet is not even shipped. First they tell me they never got the payment. When I send them proof of payment then they some how are confused about the order number. After that they have no access to cancel the order as its an international order. But they ship internationally. Their return policy says" 15 day cancellation with no questions asked " is a freaking joke as I canceled the order the same day I placed it.

Very rude behaviour and staff is least interested in attending to customers. Had to request multiple times if they have the design i was looking for. Finally when i could one of them to help me, All he was interested in was to make me pay advance amount. Staff here is least interested in explaining the price break up and the clarity of diamonds. Least i expect is a pleasent shopping experience when i am about to spend over a lakh. Finally placed order in Bluestone outlet nearby.

Awesome experience in Caratlane store. I bought a Solitaire and the way Santhosh, the sales person helped with the description is overwhelming. They are very polite and knowledgeable about each and every product. In future also i would prefer Caratlane rather than any other store. Thank you..

I had placed an order on Caratlane and the order got canceled due to a glitch. Two of the items were no longer available. Saqib reached out, got me feedback on when the items would be available again, got me a special coupon as I had missed a 10 percent off opportunity due to the glitch and made sure my second order went through. I really like his above and beyond persistent follow through. Companies need people like him to succeed. It is not merely quality products but people who build companies.

Mr. Rabindra Mahto was very cooperative. He helped me choosing the earrings & also guided quite well with other options. He has arranged my visit to the nearest store for grabbing look at other options available. Over all it was a satisfying experience.

I wanted 5 rings till 23rd July. When I ordered the rings through Vivek from caratlane, it was showing date of delivery as 5th August but Vivek really pushed my case and all the rings were delivered 1 day before promised.
Vivek was really helpful in the entire process and kept sending me updates about my purchase.
I also love the fact that they send product certificate on mail.
It was a great experience shopping at Caratlane.

Bought a ring last year, Within 2 days of wearing I got skin irritation.
The staff was so incompetent to even suggest that one should buy a band a size bigger than the required size, and then caratlane is so $#*!ty that they won't even repair the ring to increase size, stating quality issues.
Instead they are suggestion is to sell the ring and buy the same a size bigger at double the prize.

I had asked to look at some bracelets on trial at home. Mr. Vijayanand brought a few pieces that were similar to the two that I had requested.
From start to finish, the entire process of carefully choosing a bracelet for my niece's birthday, to having it personalised, was entirely looked after by Mr. Vijayanand. I appreciate that he ensured that delivery timelines were met, and that he went out of his way to make sure that the bracelet personalisation was exactly what I had wanted. On the day of delivery, though it was torrential rain, he made sure that he delivered the bracelet to me. I truly appreciated this.
CaratLane, as an online medium, and with the service of allowing one to try something at home (especially in these Covid times) before making a decision to buy or not, is truly what makes a shopping experience wonderful. Really grateful to Caratlane for TryAtHome feature. Syed called, texted and explained me the whole process and steps. Upon agreeing he showed up with my shortlisted items and also a few others from his side to provide me multiple options.

We had terrible experience with you. Very poor customer service. Sajid dealt with my husband when my husband bought a bracelet and told there is no making charges. When we tried to return the item they told us there was making charges and bla bla bla.
I would never ever deal with you again and wouldn't recommend anyone. I felt it's full of scam which is totally different than their stupid name.
This place doesn't even deserve a star they should take the star system down.
