Nice experience, booking online- try at home. Mr. Vijayanand was very helpful and also very patient.He also discussed about the plans where can buy jewelery regularly in Caratlane.It was too good that gold and diamonds can also come to your doorstep at one booking. I ordered 4 things from caratlane. The size that the website depicts and the actual size are very different.The items were really small. The worst part, I ordered a ring and I got a much smaller size ring, thats not a good fit. Before ordering the ring I had contacted their customer support and they were not helpful at all when it comes to measurement. They were not clear about the conversion from Indian size to US size. My experience with the customer service was horrible.

The jewelry is very good. I am writing to appreciate the great customer service. I had to deal with some returns and exchanges as my jewelry were gifts and my cousins wanted to exchange. The customer service was very patient and helpful. They accommodated all my requests and very promptly replied to all my queries. I will definitely be making more purchases here.

CaratLane doesn't exchange their old jewelry purchases bought with foreign currencies! Despite having all the certificates and documents handy. Foreign websites does not explicitly mention this anywhere. No help from customer support. Bitter experience having bought something couple of years back and tried to exchange! No other jeweler trusts wants to buy their jewel at market value *******@caratlaneglobal

The Executive Abul was of great help.
Was very patient and showed all the designs that were requested. Also he has an amazing knowledge about the prices and weights of each designs.

I has requested for a home visit and wanted to see few bracelets. I ended up purchasing two of the same design for myself and my sister.

The second one was to be delivered few days later but since I was traveling Basavaraj ensured that he got it delivered the second one to me the very next day. I recently purchased slider flexi ring for my anniversary. N on that very first day I wore. That push button was making the ring loose again n again. N the worst part before i thought of removing it. In no time it fell smwhere n couldn't find it.it spoiled my entire occasion

The executive name is Foram Shah, she helped me through my purchase and promise to get the delivery done in 4 days and I have received the product in 3 days only.
