I logged into the CaratLane app and my payment got rejected, however, my points and the coupon that I applied for hadn't been reverted. I chatted with a customer executive named Purvi Purohit, and girl! She turned out to be a great help. A perfect example of going above and beyond for a customer. She replied to my messages even beyond her shift timings, did a follow-up till my query was resolved and replied to each and every question of mine till I placed my order successfully. I'm happy such people are customer care executives as they make sure we don't have a bad experience and with such help we are doubt-free that if we are in a soup they will help us unlike others I have come across where they say a simple "sorry" and say it's not in our hands.

Poor quality, wore the chain and forgot to remove while sleeping and shocked to see the chain in pieces when I woke up. Waste of money. The service was anyways bad... Doesn't qualify to be part of Tanishq or TATA.

I was looking out for pendants on trail at home. Mr. Vijayanand bought a few similar pieces that were similar to what I had asked for. And it was really a great support from him from the start till the end and I was looking for 2 similar pendants and he went to the store and got the other one immediately as per my request. Not sure. Their designs are better than others but they don't have a money back gaurantee and also don't have any outlets. I would have made a purchase only if they could assure that they would return my money if I get it tested from my jeweller and don't find it pure. Afterall, spending on Diamonds is not so easy. We do need 100% assurance. So Meh!
Mr. Ravinder Mehto had come to my house under "try at home" and he is very polite and gentle. He deals in a very good manner. I recommend him as a good sales man. We all are really satisfied with him.

Caratlane is cheater. Don't buy from this store. Many bargaining for buying side. Ring size is wrong. He said any size is fit for your finger. For example if you want 11 no. Caratlane is give you 9, 10, 12, 13 any size which is available in store.he said you that this ring is 11 no, but it will be another size.
He give you 14 karate against 18 karate in diamond jewelry. Be caution when you purchase product from this store.
