The company's reputation is notably mixed, with some customers appreciating its extensive inventory and user-friendly website for sourcing recycled auto parts. However, a significant number of reviews highlight persistent issues with shipping delays, incorrect orders, and inadequate customer service. Many customers express frustration over the difficulty in obtaining timely support, especially regarding returns and refunds. The overall sentiment suggests that while the company has potential in terms of product availability, its operational execution and customer support require substantial improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and trust.

I order left and right headlight assembly 6/1/2025, I got one with rust on it which hurt the looks of the light itself, and 2 weeks 3 weeks 4 weeks later I was told that they will have another one in on the following week, that did not happen waited 3 weeks to get a refund and got less than a third of my money Back! RUN
You mobile app has bugs. I use the mobile app a lot and now every time I try to use it goes black and says it has bugs, I use a Samsung phone, this has been going on for a month, it needs to be user friendly. Please look into this problem. I'm sure you car part advisers would love for this problem to be fixed
Do not pay for faster shipping it will take longer. I had 2 day shipping and it is set to arrive 5 days after I paid for order! Don't order from them if your on a schedule they will mess it up for you!
Its a mirror site of carparts.com dont get fooled you will end up with 1000 calls from supposed car part dealers that are all scammers once they have your card info they charge rediculous amounts then beat around the bush about refunding the money. For two days ive been waiting on "ron johnson" with an eastern accent to refund my card to no avail, the guy gets nervous starts stuttering then doesnt answer his phone. The buisness is out of deleware tech auto parts alledgedly but charges your card using the name indigo which is attached to some airline bs. Its scammy and a lie
Promised to provide return label lies. Email people are unprofessional and untrustworthy sent return label then takes it back from me. Run Around on hold for a supervisor on line they don't help
I waited 40 mins! Then they hang up on me
Please check reviews for this site. Customer service is none of their business and I will never see my part. I am going to report them for scamming!
I was in the market for a new hood for my car after being involved in a wreck. I came across this website and contacted someone who had the correct paint code and good condition of my cars hood. Well, the next day I get a call (no voicemail left) and then a text from the number stating they had a hood for me. Call them back and the guy (who had horrible reception and thick accent) tells me to tell him paint code and part I'm looking for (sir, you already told you knew and had this part when contacting me). Guy then tells me that he has found one from a auto part place in Kansas MO. Asks for my name, number and shipping address and tells me the total will be $450 even, Grade A rating for the hood it seemed like a great steal: Guy tells me to send a screenshot confirming i send the money to the Zelle ID. I tell him okay and we hang up. I make a Zelle account but then get suspicious. I reverse search the number, and it comes up as a VOIP high risk number. I also couldn't find the ID he sent me on Zelle for payment, i tell him my concerns and my skepticism and ask him to send me the auto dealers direct contact info so I could contact them and see if i could use a secure payment method instead. Guy calls me back 2x and then texts me saying that he is the direct contact for the auto part store and that i can only pay via Zelle no other way. Red flags all over considering i couldn't find the specific part store in Missouri via Google search. Zelle also will not refund money if sent to a scammer. Not sure if he was a scammer but the whole situation seemed off and sketchy. The number he contacted me from wasn't even from MO but my home state of GA. But then tells me he's from the company with the part store? Didn't make sense. Use caution when ordering from here. I didn't and I'm glad I didn't now that I see nothing but bad reviews from them.
Only One star, no guarantee between the buyer and the seller even if you send evidence with the complain.
I lost money when I bought through the website and waste time when I made a complain just to warn them about the seller in the website. Nothing happened.
Bought an oil pump from this company last year and the oil pump failed in August a year later... Sure to the oil pump failing it locked up my motor... faulty oil pump cost me a 2700 engine. Smh DONT BUT PARTS FROM THESE PEOPLE...
Order parts one wasn't in stock they shipped three boxes. One part didn't fit.to contact to get RMA # witch never came i had to chase down the number. They were to send mailing label which never came i had to call to get label. When credit card came there were three charges on bill. I chatted to get a invoice for each that didn't happen. They were mixed together on one invoice still confused and money not right
Ordered parts, paid for shipping stating it would be delivered on Tuesday... Guaranteed delivery... well Wednesday night and it's not here... was told to contact USPS as it was transferred from FedEx to the post office for delivery after sitting at the Fed Ex office for a day and a half...
If you need a part just get it from Autozone faster and more competent... if you can believe that!
PNC dba as AALBA, QUEENS, NY ARE CROOKS! SENT ME TWO (2), REPEAT (2), BAD/DEFECTIVE FOR EXPLORER TRANSMISSIONS AND THEN HAVE THE AUDACITY NOT TO RETURN MY CASH. TOLD ME STORE CREDIT WHICH IS STILL DON'T HAVE! SALT IN THE WOUND... CAR-PART.COM WHOM IS THE HOST FOR THE JUNKYARD ETC. WILL NOT EVEN BACK ME AND THEY ARE THE WEBSITE HOST!
I place an order for an air pump on monday. I have been looking for this part all weekend. I see that the part is offer on the carparts.com site. I spoke to the sales representative to make sure that I can receive this part the next day. He guarantee me that it will arrive Tuesday, the next day. I check me email Tuesday to see if shipping has arrived. Tracking had shown that the product will not arrive till Thursday. So I called to speak to another rep who put a placement for me. So that I would be able to get the part by Wednesday. So I check my email this morning. The email confirms that they are out of stock.
Does this company train their employees well to know what Inventory is in their system. I have a lying sales rep who said that I would get the product to me on Tuesday.
Another sales rep who told me that a replacement is on its way. To find out that they don't even know what they have in their oen inventory.
So had 5 events set for this week. Because theirof lack of training or their system that they place in for their employees. I had to cancel all my events, losing $4-$5000 that I need to pay bills.
$#*! you Car Parts.com
If you care about your sanity DO NOT USE this website. I used this website because i was looking for a hood, and now my phone DOESN'T STOP RINGING! Ive had over a dozen phone calls in the last hour from non english speaking mfs asking if im looking for a hood.
The first page with the parts can be very hard to use and find the correct part that I'm looking for
I ordered a axel for my truck and they sent me the wrong one. So now I cant get ahold of anyone and my truck broke down so I'm out of 200.00 total this is a scam company stay away
Their is no way to get ahold of someone in customer service. Leave your number to call you back. Never calls back. Wait on hold for 45 mins to have them hang up on me. Not recommended if their is a problem with parts. When the part has to be returned it cost more to return then the price of the part. No help with return shipping. I am now a former customer of carparts.com
Ordered combination brake rotors and pads, got the rotors late and the wrong ones. Never did get the pads. Now I am dealing with the return, without much success. I e-mailed them as they requested, returned e-mail and said they would get back to me in 48 hours, that was 5 days ago. Still have no results. I think i'm screwed and out $123.00 with rotors that I have no use for. Do not do business with this company.
$#*!ing hate this place it said would be here by Saturday and spoke to someone and they said 5-7 business days till we got it so I cancelled it's a bit ridiculous dont lie bout when it will be to customer.
