All companies listed within 65 miles of my zip that list the part on this site in the requested color do NOT have the part in stock
Once you call them they will try selling you the part in another color if they have any whatsoever.

You need a seller feedback option. I will never shop here again. Bought a srs module, they shipped me peace of corroded part. I'm sure they knew it was a bad part, but they make you sign agreement that all of the parts sold as-is. Seller was found on car-part.com called "Budget Auto Parts" located in Auburndale, FL
I'm sure that they knew that they ware shipping a bad part, because you can tell that it has water damage, it has very bad corrosion on it
I tried to find a hood for my car on this site. It says that one is available through LKQ in California. I am in Texas. I called the number listed in California and they said you have to call your local LKQ office to buy this part. I called the local office in Texas and they said "We as a company do not ship hoods that far". I said then why advertise that they are for sale. Saying that we can ship it to the closest office for you. I called Car-Parts.com and spoke to a supervisor and explained. He said his guess is because it would cost the company in shipping as much as it would for the part. Then why not put this information in the notations information instead of wasting a lot of my time. Sadly anyone that looks on this site and sees the advertisement is going to waste a bunch of their time.
Predatory business practice. Return process ridiculous. Whatever you do, do not do business with this company. You will be sorry.
We operate a recycling business. Our cheque that we sent did not reach in the mail. We didn't know about it till later. But we realized that they have temporarily suspended our account without telling us and when we tried to explain to them what happened, they were trying to jack up the fees. There is no customer service, I don't even think the site is that great. All they care about is money, and they manipulate the situation so that you are at falt. I checked around and realized that we are getting charged more than other businesses around us, and yet they want more money. I don't recommend businesses to signed up with them..
This is my go to place for recycled auto parts. Being the biggest (they have several yards) they most often have the parts we need for our customers vehicles. Most of the staff is user friendly and very fast delivery of those needed parts. My go to guy is Willis. The web site is easy to use to search for parts.
They trick businesses into signing with them by having their sales reps misleads, bend and sometimes flat out lie about their software's abilities. My company signed up and as soon as we were setup, we realized this softeware was from the 80s. It is so antequated. It didn't actually run in windows like competitors Pinnicle Professional.
We instantly canceled. Their records show we tried it with one part. They said we signed a 6 month contract and had to pay the remaining balance, which would kill our brand new business.
So this company uses predatory contracts because they don't stand by their product. They know their product is crap. They don't care if they kill a new business and put a brand new parents out on the street, just as long as they get their few thousand from that predatory contract.
They target new businesses and businesses that aren't tech savvy enough to know how far we have advanced.
Terrible service. Salvage yards they advertise can't be trusted. Out $2,500 and Car-part was no help. Buyer beware! Buyer beware!

The website is well organized and easy to use. The price was fair. The shipping was very very fast. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
This site is awesome. You can search for a specific USED part for a specific car... the best part is, you search all the junkyards (who choose to have their inventory listed here), which is a lot of them. Can sort by price, distance, etc and has the phone number and address of the junkyards as well.
I use this website every day to order parts. It shows me used parts that are in the area as well as nationally if I wanted. It lists the vendors that have them the price and the quality of the part I'm getting as well as the year of the vehicle it's off of. That way, if I'm interested I just call the vendor number listed and order it. It's very helpful. Especially, with the job I have.
