I've had the pleasure of working with Nora over the past couple of years. We've dealt with shortages, partial orders, and back orders together. I could not have asked for a better customer service representative to have contact with for these issues. All orders placed have been completed without any problems, even the ones that were estimated for 2-4 months out to ship arrived on or before estimated dates. As a small business, we rely on companies like this to help us grow and greatly appreciate the product and service you provide.
Lisa was extremely helpful and pleasant during the placement of our order today. I am commenting because not all representatives of companies are this nice and I believe she should be recognized for great customer relations.
Wearing a nice cup always serves as an additional thing the outfit. Of course it also helps people to hide head from the scorching sun in summer, it's primary purpose of wearing a cap, I guess.

I was told that they need to cancel the order and resubmit it and it will take another o e and a half weeks to deliver it to Florida. And get this that's if they have it in stock. If I didn't chase them I wouldn't get this information

Find another supplier who tells you upfront we don't hold stock, have no idea of stock levels and will take weeks to process your order
After several weeks and two orders, this company failed to ship our order at the same time which has caused massive confusion with our freight company. This has been the most time consuming order for blank hats to which I had to cancel because of the lack of communication. Today I spoke with the owner Joelle. Unfortunately, she kept saying where she saw the communication but could not tell me which email. She kept blaming their lack of communication on me. The end of the conversation ended by her saying loose our number and never call back while she hung up on me.

I was worried about ordering hats on line without actually seeing the product. I found Cap Wholesalers on line and all my worries were gone. They give you complete details about the product... color and sizes are true. I supplied a custom logo and requested the color thread I wanted. Within a couple of days I had a photo of a sample to approve. It looked great and when I received my order the hats were wonderful. I just placed a reorder, which was even easier than my initial order. I will definitely use them again and would strongly recommend them to anyone ordering hats for an occasion or promotion!
I have been doing business with Cap Wholesalers for over 4 years and they have immediate deliveries, top quality products, and great customer service. They are based on the east coast and have warehouses on both coasts for convenient shipping. Robin has always taken care of me and made sure the products I buy are always in stock. For such a large company they really pay attention to each individual customer, and in this industry that is really hard to find. I hope to do another 4 years and more with them.
I had a rush order for an event that I unfortunately waited till the last minute to fulfill. I emailed back and forth with a very knowledgeable rep, she got me exactly what I needed, and it shipped very quickly. This is an awesome company. I would recommend them for all your cap/shirt needs.
We had an issue regarding hats that were the wrong size (though labelled correctly, they were a Youth Large, not an Adult Large, hence the simple mess-up). This company assessed our issue and we resolved it within 3 days of them becoming aware of the problem. They were friendly and forthright, especially Regina who was my contact person. We will definitely order form them in the future.

I ordered $500 worth of 'performance material' hats with the intention of 3 larger immediate follow up orders. The hats arrived and after a single light use, it was discolored. This was odd, so I ran a follow up test by running it under pure water, and letting it dry over night. The picture below shows the discoloration from WATER after it was fully dried. When I asked how we could resolve this issue Joelle told me to find another hat supplier. Apparently it's unreasonable to expect a hat to not be discolored by pure water. Disappointed in the deceptive product description, but much more so in the customer service.
