It has been an absolute pleasure doing business with this company. The art of customer service is not lost on them and they really make you feel as if you are the most important customer they have. Always quick to respond to questions or reach out with updates on shipping etc. It is refreshing to do business with a company so focused on pleasing their customers and it is the reason why we will continue to do business with them hopefully forever.

I ordered $500 worth of 'performance material' hats with the intention of 3 larger immediate follow up orders. The hats arrived and after a single light use, it was discolored. This was odd, so I ran a follow up test by running it under pure water, and letting it dry over night. The picture below shows the discoloration from WATER after it was fully dried. When I asked how we could resolve this issue Joelle told me to find another hat supplier. Apparently it's unreasonable to expect a hat to not be discolored by pure water. Disappointed in the deceptive product description, but much more so in the customer service.

Capwholesalers
May 29, 2015

I order a couple dozen caps in May 2015. After two weeks of no communication, I emailed to find out about my order.' They left me a message' on my nonexistent answering machine - no follow up when I didn't respond. I cancelled my order and won't use them again. Buck wholesale and Blank Caps have much better service in my experience. Too bad they were out of what I needed.

Landscape Crew Caps

I originally ordered customized hats for our landscape crews from CapWholesalers more than a year ago, and since then reordered multiple times. So many choices, but once we settled on our choices, the ordering process was easy, as well as the customization process. The cap staff were professional and easy to work with choosing logo placements and colors of thread. Since the original order we added a 2nd color hat and they emailed me to merge our orders for better pricing. Lisette and Donna are amazing in their jobs.

Great Price, Lack of Transparency

I purchased hats from this site to use as gifts for a wedding party, parents, and close friends. The price was great, as I shopped around and compared various criteria on the specific hat (Richardson 112) and the blank design. One reason I settled on this site was that nowhere did it indicate the hats were out of stock or back ordered, and the support person confirmed the items were in stock.
I received the invoice for my purchase 4 days later, and it now indicates that these items are back ordered and expected at the end of July 2022. So now I'm waiting nearly 4 months to receive the items I purchased after being misled.

I won't be initiating a return, as other places won't let you order the specific design because they're out of stock, and this doesn't impact my timeline for completion of the gifts, but it is very disappointing that the site lacked any information about the status especially when giving an estimated shipment date and timelines as if everything was normal. I understand the supply chain issues we're facing but it's important to customers to exhibit transparency.
Still a great price and I'll be happy once they arrive.

Twice the success

I have used the wholesale Cap website the last two years for my embroidery on camo caps and visors for my Dove hunting group. I have been very successful in getting what I wanted from Cap Wholesalers. I am a little picky when it comes to details. This year they help with the print / font selection. I have been happy with the product both orders. The only thing that is a little shocking at first, but reality in the custom hat real is that my embroidery cost can exceed the cost of your visor or cap. I would assume they get a really good bulk price on the hats.

Terrible service
May 18, 2018

AWFUL customer service. I actually had a woman lie to me several times in a phone call about my order... it was so odd! The main one about a delivery date? As if i wouldn't notice them not arriving? I had emailed twice prior to calling days before and even got a partial response that was never fully responded to after my last email. Again very odd.
The products have always been fine and i will continue to use them b/c they carry particular products i cant find all together elsewhere i just now know if i have a question or problem it wont get answered or helped honestly.

I was reserved to buy on line from wholesales people I don't know or don't do business with, but after the product came and on time, I will be going back to them for the rest of business dealings. I hand paint baseball caps, sneakers and tote bags and need a reliable company from which to purchase such items and I've found that in CapWholesalers. I've placed 3 orders so far and each one went smoothly and the items I ordered were excellent quality. There was a slight glitch in my last order but Regina was quick to respond and took care of it without a complaint. She was a delight to deal with as is Vivianna. I will definitely continue ordering from CapWholesalers in the not to distant future.

Worked out great, quick response in email, quick delivery and great quality. Totally satisfied! I was concerned at first because I hadn't been emailed a tracking number so I emailed them and I was taking care of so quickly it was amazing. They got back to me telling me that my tracking number was such and such and that my package would actually be delivered by the end of the day it was astonishing because I had just placed the order a few days prior. I am already thinking about placing my next order with caps wholesalers next time I might even have them do some customization instead of just buying the caps blank. I'm also interested in checking out their other products now because the prices were so great compared to other websites.

I didn't complete my purchase with PayPal because I stumbled across two negative reviews of the business. I received an email with a customer service number, spoke to someone immediately, and decided to complete my purchase.

My shipment will arrive in a couple of days and I'm pleased that the team was so responsive in processing the details. I'll be back to change my review if the products aren't in good shape and/or don't arrive on time.

Consistant Service

I've been using Cap Wholesalers for 10 years now and they have remained constant on their service standards. I'm just an annual customer, but each time I call to place an order, I get the same friendly voice and knowledgable service. When I put my order in this year, they suggested a newer item that was of the same quality, but saved me some cash. Everything arrived on time, accurate and looking good. I would definitely recommend Cap Wholesalers if you're looking for a great product with fair pricing and a friendly staff.

Charge your card without authorizing, don't contact you if the backordered hats have changed. The ladies who answers the phones are super snappy and rude. Just be careful if you have any issues or need good customer service for any reason.

I ordered a couple of hats and one of them was slightly off center. The bill looked crooked when I put it on. I emailed them and Ragina handled it very quickly. She had me email over a couple pictures showing the issue and the next day she shipped out a new hat free of charge. I will definitely be ordering more hats for my company! Thank you Ragina!

Very RUDE customer service. I called to ask a simple question about the proofing process and was met with a condescending and snarky response. Not sure how the product looks- I haven't gotten it yet but after discussing my order on the phone, I really wish I could cancel it because I don't want to give my business to a company that allows its employees to treat customers in such a manner.
I will never do repeat business with capwholesales.com or customizedwear.com

Difficult

I placed a $1000 cap order with them and they called the next day to let me know they would not ship the caps to my business because the billing address was different than the ship to. This is the first time I have heard of this, and I buy a ton of stuff for my business. You would think that if this was their policy, their website would not allow you to use a shipping address different than the billing address. I told them to cancel the order.

Chris, I'm very sorry you feel that way. Please understand this is out of our control. The major credit card companies will not stand behind the merchant if we accept a card that is stolen. This would be an immediate charge back. It’s for every ones protection so if your card was stolen, we would not accept someone trying to use your card. If we ship to an address that is other than the billing address registered with the credit card company, we are 100% liable. This was your first order with us and it was over $1000. 00, you have no order history with is at all. I tried to ask you if we could ship to your billing address, but you declined. I wish that the credit card companies had a better fraud protection system in place to verify this information. I am very disappointed that we lost your business. We are not in business to turn away sales, but in this case we had no other choice. I’d be happy to discuss this with you in greater detail and see if we could come up with a resolution to make you happy.
