Customer service representatives speak poor English and hard to understand and, I don't recommend it

I would give zero stars if it allowed, capital one froze my business account and personal account stating fraudulent activity. They never informed me of the hold they put on my accounts and I only found out when trying to pay for groceries and my card was declined. It was a bank error that they admitted to BUT they still didn't release the hold on ALL my accounts. Eventually I was able to withdraw all my money from the personal account and I did open another checking ac with another bank. The hold continued on my business account for a further 3 weeks. They then said the account would be open and apologised for the inconvenience. The next day they closed the business ac and mailed me a check made payable to the business which they closed so the check could not be cashed. Weeks of phone calls and extremely rude customer support but to no avail on a solution. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. A complete utter disgusting experience. No compensation for the bills that had tried to be withdrawn and the bounced check charge to me. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE OF 15 YEARS DEBT FREE with MILLIONS OF DOLLARS PASSING THROUGH THEIR BANKING... WOULD I RECOMMEND? HELL NO. Their customer service department need to all be fired as they are so incompetent. If I ran a business like they do I would have no business.
The worst bank that I have ever I close my account with the capital one never come back again. Stay faraway.
They deserve negative stars I see why there is no monthly fee and no overdraft fee that's to reel you in because they will play with you money I would rather pay a monthly fee and actually get real service I disputed a transaction and they didn't even try to contact me after they said they would if they needed anything further and sided with the scamming company until I called back and refused to pay and told them I had documentation if they would have just asked for it now I'm bank account in overdrawn and I can't use it and all the can say because they reopened the case is we still have to review the documents after almost a week of having them so we can't do anything like super unprofessional I been with them for almost 5 years and even have a credit card but I'm done it's really stupid and unprofessional and you can't just be playing with people money & time and we talking $300 it's a lot for them to be asking to basically just give some company for nothing I have a baby on the way and I have large bills never again they know how hard it is out here right now and they know these little LLC's be scamming people but they don't care because it's not their money
They will not stop sending my wife and I sales emails. For 3 months I have tried everything. Their emails don't have an unsubscribe ability.
I refinanced with another company and they dinged my credit hard I will never finance through them again
I opened a Bass Pro Credit Card, that switched to Capital One. I was charged by On Star for a vehicle that I no longer owned. I filed a complaint/dispute with Capital One and was told I still needed to pay even though I filed a dispute, then I was told by a supervisor that I did not need to pay since I filed a dispute. I called On Star and they corrected the mistake and credited my card. Meanwhile, I was charged fees and reported to the credit bureau by Capital One so I paid my bill ( I only owed for On Star) When I call Capital One the reps transfer me many times and sups advise that I never filed a dispute. I have been told multiple times that I have a refund, and that they initiated the refund, but I have never received it. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Capital One responded to the complaint stating that they were going to send me a refund and correct my Credit report on 6/29/22. This has never been done. I have not received my refund, and my credit report has never been corrected. I have called to attempt to resolve this issue and was told that Capital One has filed a cease and desist and they will no longer work with me. I have other credit cards and have never experienced such terrible service.
I have had a Neiman Marcus credit card for roughly 20 years now. During this time NM changed banks to Capital One. Capital One lowered my credit availability significantly to roughly $500 because I was no longer using my credit card was the reason they gave. That occurred about 5 years ago. Now there is something I wanted to order and more importantly I received a letter from NM stating my card had gone inactive because of me not using it and they would cancel this card in July if I did not make a purchase by July. First I had to call Capital One to get it reactivated and update my financial information which by the way had greatly changed for the better. It took 4 days to get the activation at which time I called back by phone to get my credit amount increased. I held on the phone through this process for over 30 minutes only to be told they could not complete the process at this time and I would be notified of their decision by mail within 10 days. I received that letter which stated in order for them to increase my credit I would need to send Capital One my personal tax returns and my personal bank statements. The only time I have ever had to submit those kinds of personal documents was when I bought a home. They said their decision also had to do with my credit scores which I have an app for that which I pulled up on my phone while I was speaking with them. My lowest credit score recorded with all three credit bureaus was 780 which is almost a perfect score. And according to any alerts from my credit bureaus Capital had not even inquired about my scores. Capital One repeated to me that I wasn't eligible for any increase without providing them the personal information and documentation they requested. I cancelled my NM credit card right then and will report to my credit bureaus that it was a cancellation request made by me. Otherwise the cancellation will bring my scores down. This is more than ridiculous and a bit scary. Be wary of doing business with Capital One and Neiman Marcus credit cards.
Very poor customer service, they need to improve a lot...you are loosing another customer with your poor process in place.
They charge fees whenever they feel like it. Regardless of payments. Money grabbing scam of a company.

Their auto payment is a lie! My credit score suffered because of a late payment, despite this enabled feature!
They will never give u temporary credit of your dispute even if u have a proof, they care about the merchant not the customer...STAY AWAY again STAY AWAYY

Trying to get a replacement card is such a hassle. It's easier to say screw this one and just sign up for another one.

Answer: No really I can't I mean from the very beginning they said they mailed it and then a week later when I called and they had not mailed it yet when I checked my bank they take the money out of my bank and then tell me they're going to hold the money for 7 days to make sure the money is there I think they take the customers for granted in a big bad way
