I have ordered from Canvas People in the past and have never been disappointed. Excellent quality and fast shipping. They offered a special reasonable price so I took advantage to enlarge a special picture of my 7 grandchildren.

Very nice quality and prompt delivery. The first frame was warped but they replaced it, just asked what was wrong and for a picture of the frame. No hassle. No problems. They were super polite and understanding. I even received a follow up email to make sure my replacement was what I wanted and there were no problems. I have already recommended them to family and friends! And since they have a variety of products, I'll definitely order from CanvasPeople again.

You get what you pay for. I ordered from them because of the free offer and suffered for it. The Photo is completely off center and looks ridiculous. There is no way I can hang it up. A little quality control would have been nice.

Started my order with one promo code and it mysteriously changed to another when I went to the cart the last time (increasing the price), but I had invested too much time by that point to stop, but ANNOYING. Shipped super fast. Seems to be a great product. Giving three large canvasses as an anniversary gift!

I heard a review that said if you paid for shipping you'd get a free canvas. I was so excited especially with Christmas coming up. I received it today and the canvas is blurry. I looked at my photo and it's a clear professional shot but the canvas is completely blurry. I wish they would've checked it or let us know.

Very easy from start to finish, even for an old man like myself. Lots of options for the canvases and layouts. Colors were spot on, if you look up close you can see slight pixelation. But overall a great experience!

I've always used CanvasPeople for my canvas prints. They never disappoint with the quality of their products, fair pricing and quick support and resolution if there are ever any issues with an order. Couldn't recommend them more!

I'm glad I took a chance with this one! I think it will be a favorite when Christmas gifts are received. I have tried to place other orders and even though I took the photos myself it said the resolution was poor. That was a bit disappointing but thankfully this one worked out. My only suggestion is that the price is more upfront before going through the process. I started to order the two 16 x 20 canvas bundle today but somehow the total, although was said to be shipping only with free canvases, turned out to be a disappointing surprise. Maybe I'll try it again and see if things change. It takes a lot of time to find an appropriate picture just to get to the end of check out and find out I can't afford it. I am very happy with the product itself that I ordered the first time. That gives me the push to try again.

I purchase a family canvas every year. My family looks forward to the picture from Halloweekends at Cedar Point to add to our collection. CanvasPeople have great prices, easy downloading photo tool and all of them come out awesome.

This is my 3rd CanvasPeople order. The site makes ordering easy. I was amazed to receive an e-mail within 24 hours telling me that my order of three items had already left the building! The box arrived promptly. The canvases inside were shrink wrapped and neatly bound together. They arrived in perfect condition.

I had placed an order with them, and when I received it. It was blurry as heck I did email them about it, bit the response was I should have Blown it up before completing the purchase to see what it would look like. The only thing they could tell me was I can redo the order give them the order number and receive a refund for 50% of shipping. I don't think I'll use them again ots a good concept for sure but I'm unsatisfied with the out come. I only did it because it was a pic of my son and dog. Who we found my pups is very very sick and it was the only pic I had of them together.

I'm disappointed in the customer service! The website did not clearly state the price of shipping my order. $211 for my canvases and $280 to ship them! It was not listed as a charge on the final page until payment was taken. I tried to communicate with customer service who did not listen or take any steps to adjust or resolve the issue. I was not asking for a hand out or anything for free! Just a reasonable adjustment to fix what was not clearly explained in my order. After ordering from here for years, I'll sadly not be returning

I've ordered a few from canvas people and was never disappointed until my last 2 canvases. Very blurry. One of the ones I ordered I used a professional image my photographer sent me. The faces were so distorted it was like a bunch of random people in my photo. Not happy at all.

Upon ordering I was nervous that the picture quality would be extremely grainy with it being blown up to an 18x24. To me canvas naturally clocks slightly grainy due to texture but I was thrilled to see how clear it came out. My partner absolutely loved it and everyone's who's come over has spoken on how nice it is. We'll definitely purchase from here again!

I've ordered 5 different canvas pictures and every single one is perfect with great picture quality! I've gotten them all for free! I only had to pay shipping and handling! They've got the best deals out there and the quality is 100%, this will be my go to place for all my canvases!

This is my first order with this company. I'll see how it turns out before ordering more.
I gave instructions to 'push the color but what I wanted was accurate color. The photo is of a sunset over the water and has a lot of vibrant colors. Pushing the color distorted the colors resulting is too much red.
It's obvious that this is a computer process with no oversight.

The canvas came out fine, though I was surprised there was no padding in the box, so I'm not sure how easily these canvases might get scratched or dented during shipping. For the shipping cost, I expected at least some padding.

I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 yrs now. I've bought so many canvases for myself, (my) home, office, friends, and family. So many beautiful memories. Thanks Canvas people for your awesome special sales. Here's to another 10 yrs!
