Have ordered from them several times in the past and have been satisfied with the products received. The picture received this time was a bit dark, not quite up to quality of prior purchases. I did not plan to return it.

Not bad, takes a while. I just feel like the pictures could be better & they used to be better too. These photos were taken on a better phone than the older ones we have, but the picture isn't as nice.

We love the photo we chose and it came just as expected & on time. To look at the canvas itself, it appears grainy somehow. I don't know the name for it, but it's just something that took me by surprise at first & appears to be what the canvas is made of. You don't notice it from a distance though, so it looks fine on the wall! We are happy!

Our 3 canvases turned out great. Love them!
The only problem we had was placing the order.
We would down load a photo and it would not appear on the screen for us to see.
After a phone call and help from customer service we were able to see the photo.
We just recently tried to order another 11x14 and had the same issue, so as of yet haven't been able to place our order. Maybe it's a program glitch but it's frustrating and makes me want to use someone else rather than go through the same hassle. :( If this issue could be worked out I would highly recommend CanvasPeople.

Easy to place the order. I received it promptly and was awed at the photograph on canvas. I had ordered a photo earlier and chose this one to compliment it. They willl both be hanging in my newly renovated living room. Thank you so much!

Hi res image was apparently reduced to a low res PDF and printed. **I AM A PRINTER.*** The whites were grayed out and any detail was muddied. Completely disappointed with the product; even more disappointed with what they laughingly refer to as "customer service." No color calibration. My guess is high volume printers just run and are refilled without any care or quality control. Beatrice, the 'customer service' representative will not address any quality or technical service issues, and will not allow technical customers to ask questions of technical staff. What you get is what you get, so don't bother calling. Just don't do business with them anymore.

Excellent and fast and easy. Quality canvas and the print was pretty close to my original picture. I was very pleased once again with my order. I've had all my kids graduation pictures done in canvas through this company also and would highly recommend!

Very content that it was smooth. From placing the order, which was a fairly easy process until I finally received my canvas portrait. Everything was fine bc I received emails with tracking information of my package. Very precise. Overall I'm very happy and I've placed another order!

Some of our favorite photo's in life, happen without a camera with us. But the ever present iPhone catches the moment that would otherwise be lost. Most of these photo's are lost. As no one has photo albums, that kids or grandkids can look back on.
Rarely are they good enough quality to make into a portrait. The CanvasPeople have done a great job on a few of my favorite memories.

Should have known better, you get what you pay for. The canvas is very thin, the black edge jarring. I wanted to see the color pop effect before ordering and I was rightly concerned, the color is so extreme that details and contrast are completely wiped out.

My photo canvas arrived as stated. The packaging was in good shape and my canvas arrived without damage. I was very pleased with the way it turned out. I wanted to showcase the photo that was taken at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum during their annual flower show. It now hangs on the wall in my living/dining room. I've received many compliments on it! I have recommended this company to many of my family members and friends.

Was hoping this picture could be a treasured remembrance long after Cocoa Puff leaves us but instead it still sits in the box it was shipped in. Can't really complain as the canvas itself was free but shipping and handling were about $30. Would have been appreciated if "CanvasPeople" would have reached out to us and said, hey your picture is too small to fit this size canvas. We could reduce the size of the canvas so his image is Sharp but if we do it in the canvas size ordered, it is going to be
Blurry.

Interested enough in your promo to "test" your capabilities on my personal images... based on branding & customer feedback, I do not anticipate anything but impressive results... I'll hold my "final" eval for when I see the finished product.

I don't like that you can't check the shipping and handling costs early on. You have to jump through all of these hoops before you get to the shipping and handling section.
As well, I wish there was some way to raise your artwork so that it can fit better into the size. However all you are allowed to do it crop, or enlarge or reduce size.
I wish there were bigger canvas sizes available

We always thought having a photo of ours printed on canvas would be a good idea. But it's an expensive process. However with the holiday discount with canvas people this made it possible to try. We loved it so much we have ordered two other prints that are on the way.
Also at the holiday sale. I wouldn't pay their full price. Not worth it in my opinion. But the holiday sale is just right.

This was my first order. I have to say I didn't like all th expensive little add-ons. Like the $5.99 for y'all to center it? Also, some of the the other options y'all wanted extra for. I was impressed with the quality and, my photo looked great. One thing I think could be better is whomever attached and, stapled my canvas. I can sent a picture but, it could have be done a lot better and, it looked Very rushed and, the corners are not very tight.
Yes, I am ordering again but, I believe you really want to hear honesty.

Stay away from them. I paid for all the extra stuff (professional editing) and the first one was not even cropped. They made another one and flipped/streached the photo. Doesn't look good. I give up. Hopefully my wife will be satisfied with one of the two since it's a surprise picture of our kids. Sorry can't take pictures. Still in box waiting to give to my wife.
