Who does this being to? Recieved it in the mail and trying to find the owner! From the looks of these reviews they dont seem to be able to get anything right.
My metal print was very dull and lifeless. It was packaged well and shipped in a timely fashion but the bottom line is the picture itself was only fit for the garbage.
I love this website, all the work they do is so beautiful and so timely. I truly appreciate all that they have already done for me and will definitely keep shopping here.
You sent someone else's picture. This was a gift for my I laws. After arguing for a month w u this was the best u could do? I'll never buy anything else from this company!

Use extreme caution when it comes to this company. I ordered a metal frame from them with a groupon discount attached BEFORE Christmas so I could give it as a gift. Not only did the package arrive a week late but the quality was awful, I was shocked they would even send it to me without double checking first. The professionaly taken (not on an iphone), high jpg photo I sent in came back on supposedly a "metal"-(truly aluminum) canvas. It was completely discolored as though their ink was running out and extremely pixelated and fuzzy looking. After trying a dozen or so times to contact the company via phone and never getting someone to answer I emailed the company which took them three weeks to respond each time. I exchanged messages over the next couple months with three different people via emails, none of which were on the same page about a refund or new print. One said they'd send a new photo immediately, this never happened. The next said I needed to completely destroy my print in order to have a new one sent (like why would i do that? You already have my money.) and finally another said I would need to pay shipping for a new one to be sent out. It didn't feel worth it anymore and I felt I was talking to a machine. They only post the good reviews on their website, so just be careful (if they even let this be posted) this company is not legitimate and if it is, then they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. So disappointed.

Exceptional quality for the price and if anything goes wrong during shipping they respond immediately and replace the print quickly.
I had one little issue on the 24x36 prints that occurred during shipping. I contacted customer service via email and they responded right away and rectified the issue! Thank you!
The transfer from photo to canvas was beautifully done and the service was incredibly fast.

I chose the blue mug for the picture, i think on black would've looked better, but still loved it. The look of the birthday girl was really impressed.
I wanted to order a canvas print for a birthday present. Never done it before and it turned out amazing! It is beautiful and the picture transferred perfectly!
