I ordered a canvas of a beautiful picture of my children that I love and the canvas that I received was EXTREMELY full and faded! The colors were terrible and when I tried to call customer service multiple times, the phone kept ringing and I could not reach anyone! I believe this company is a fraud and would never recommend!

Received a canvas print from the company and it had numerous issues.
When I contacted them, they immediately got back to me to resolve the problem by sending a new canvas that was absolutely perfect!
They don't respond to your needs if you request a different scenario for a time frame involving a new image for an already placed order... sent 3 emails to no avail!
Ordered from here through groupon so got a really good price so i was a little worried about how they'd turn out

They were really well packaged with bubble wrap and tightly packed in a box as to prevent any damage since they were unable to move around in the box at all

I purchased a Groupon for the 20x16 canvas. The photo I selected worked best on a 20x10 canvas. I contacted customer service to see if the size could be reduced (read less canvas and less cost to CanvasOnSale) and they declined. I was offered the solution of resizing to a 3x4 ratio. This did not eliminate the problem. When I informed the customer service representative she declared it was not an issue with the site and they could not help me. These folks are inflexible and a seemingly simple fix was not provided. I offered to pay a change fee for a new code allowing the new size and was declined. CanvasOnSale does not want your business, search elsewhere.
I am pleased with the canvas shot of the home I was born and raised in. I love the color and the detail. It is exactly like the photo I uploaded. However, the size of the canvas I received was not the correct size. It was supposed to be 36x24, but I received a 16x20 canvas. I would like to get the size I ordered.
My canvas picture is beautiful, I will treasure it forever! This is my beloved Farley, who we had to put to rest. I will forever miss him. Thank you so much for doing such a great job!
