They did a great job on my canvases! There was a minor hiccup with my address (not because of them) and they emailed me right away and we got it resolved. I will definitely be using them again.
I bought my son a blanket of his favorite cat that he had to leave behind in college. He got a big laugh and says he will hang it on his dorm wall. LOL

Bought this as a Groupon and was hesitant due to having to increase the pixel size on a photo from my phone via windows Paint program to get the 60x48 size i wanted. IT TURNED OUT BEAUTIFUL! Absolutely love it. The shipping was also very fast and extremely well packaged to ensure no damage was done to the canvas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I was pleased at how mine turned out, nice remembrance of our sweet Tazzy. I have never ordered one of these before, from anyone, so this is my first experience, nothing to compare it with.

I have been trying to talk to customer service since December 14 and it is now December 19 and I still cannot get in contact with anyone it also been 48 hours over the 24 that I am supppose to receive an email back
Canvasonsale provides a crappy canvas product that isn't even a true canvas material that feels more like plastic and the ink chips off easily. The product I received had numerous defects from poor color matching, bad construction with staples sticking out and the canvas itself was overstretched on the wooden frame which distorted the picture.
Their customer service is terrible when it comes to receiving a refund. BE WARNED they flat out refuse to issue a refund unless you cut up your canvas first! Instead of paying for return shipping when a product is defective, they told me on more than one occasion: "Our normal procedure is to destroy the item without having to return and provide us with digital images in order for us to process a refund to the customer."
If you want a fast resolution, don't frustrate yourself dealing with their customer service by email or phone. Go straight to the Better Business Bureau (www.BBB.org) and file an online complaint for faster resolution. I've been told to expect a refund in 5 days.
Ordered a canvas for my daughters Bat Mitzvah. It came out amazing at 1/4 the price other companies wanted for the same product. I highly recommend them. Five stars!

I have 13 canvases hanging on the walls in my home. They are beautifully done. Service was incredibly fast. They are shipped well wrapped and fast. I love this company and I highly recommend them.
Worst customer service ever! Ordered three canvases that were three different sizes and they all arrives crooked. They were so crooked that you can tell just by looking at them. When you try to call the number provided on the site, there is a generic computer answering machine that does not even say the company name. Then you are not able to leave a response because the mailbox is full. When you email them, it takes days to get a response and when you do, it looks that the email provider they used is german or dutch. Very weird. Also, the response comes from a company called Best Canvases. Forget about the 100% love it or leave it guarantee on their website. I finally got an email response from them and they requested pictures of the crooked canvases. When I sent the pictures, i received a response saying there is nothing wrong with the item and that I hung the items crooked. Absurd. Now I am stuck with crooked canvas photos that are unusable and out of pocket $98. Now I have to go through my bank to get this charge sorted out. The company is a fraud.

I redeemed a voucher purchased on Groupon and I was very pleased with CanvasOnSale because their site not only was very easy to navigate, upload my photos, and select product size but I received them in a few days. Their product was very professional and I was able to take advantage of their deals on another purchase, which I immediately jumped at.
It amazed me how clear and pretty the picture turned out. Shipping was quick the site easy to use. Uploading my picture was simple. I will purchase again.
