DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 2 canvas 1 never arrived and the other one arrived and was a photo of another family. I have been trying to contact for days and get no response. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Canvas came damaged and can't get a replacement. Customer service is terrible, keep asking me to jump through more hoops and it's been a long time with no replacement...

Loved my canvases, they look like I'm a professional photographer! The delivery was quick and easy. Ordered them just before Christmas and had them in plenty of time.
I worked several hours to finally get date cropped off of my picture but when canvas arrived the date is still on it. Very unhappy. This was a gift and i can't use it!
Granddaughter loved the framed pic I sent her for Christmas, Pic clear as photo, easy order. Only thing I could say negative, would be sending a wall hook with canvas pic. Great deal too!
Love the result with one slight exception. Once it was hung, you could see that the upper left corners of all three canvases were not pulled tight enough. Still satisfied with the overall effect.

We purchased a 36 x 24" canvas print through Groupon from Canvasonsale. The satisfaction guarantee was the main factor behind choosing their company since there are many whom offer the service and quality of the product is critical to our family. The print came in quickly and was well packaged to prevent against damage. However, upon reviewing the print we realized that it was much darker and did not hold the same color vibrancy as our submitted online image. Customer Service was contacted, and after an exchange of pictures of what was received compared to the original submitted image, they were quick to offer a reprint resolution. We cannot say it enough, our experience with this company was exceptional. They do highly value their customer's experience and it shows from start to finish. They stood behind the quality guarantee, showed sincerity in responding to our concerns, and went above and beyond in their professionalism to make things right. Our final canvas is hangs beautifully over our mantle but what is even better is the feelings of resolution and care we remember when looking upon the canvas. We will continue to refer this company to loved ones and all those who value quality products and companies that stand behind their work.
Had a groupon for four of the photo blankets. They ended up to be more like lap blankets than real blankets, but they were soft and the color and picture turned out fantastic.
My main issue was that the groupon and website made it look like these would be shipped from the USA and that production and delivery would only take about 2 weeks total. I placed the order on Nov. 26 to have them delivered by Christmas.
As Christmas approached, I called to check on a tracking number (promised on their website) I then found out my order was coming from the German plant (no word of that anywhere on their website) and they don't have tracking on those packages.
The packages never arrived. In early January, I called again to complain. Or I tried, but it was very hard to get through to their customer service department. I eventually left a not very nice email, to which they responded apologizing and saying they would ship the items out again (from Germany again).
I finally received my order yesterday. If I had payed full price, I would have been disappointed due to the size, but they were worth what I paid in the Groupon.
Ordered one photo print on canvas for our office - could not have been more pleased with the results - far exceeded my expectations - ended up ordering several more and will be ordering even more.
I ordered a picture of my daughter snoozing with our dogs to send to her. She is away in college and it was such a perfect gift! The quality was better than expected!
I can't complain they were courteous kept me up-to-date with my order and was able to track it as it was being processed and even when shipped great business will come back again

Your product is light weight. Perfect for a velcro frame hanger. Thus this doesn't take away from the great product that you are providing as a company. Will definitely be a returning customer.
Excellent I am very please with Canvas on sale. My prints were high quality. This is definitely not the last time I will use them. I gave one to a relative and they were very pleased as well!
