The end result is fairly decent. I would be careful of the metal prints as the edges appear to be very sharp!

I am NOT please, however, with the customer service! All but one order has been a hassle. The LAST ORDER was with a Groupon. The code kept coming up as invalid. When I contacted them, the response was a form letter telling me how to use the code from Groupon. I already know how to use it... but thecredjlt was an error message telling me the code was invalid. Then, I got a message giving me a long song and dance of all the processes I must go through... including screen shots... everything but 8x10 glossies... in order to get the print I had already paid for!

Easier to not do business with them again! The amount of time it would take to get the print I PAID FOR, would be MORE than the $10 I lose with their invalid code.

I bought this thru Groupon. It take awhile to get them. I order them 2 week before Christmas & was supposed to a before Christmas & received them 2 weeks after Christmas. Also order another one and it came on Monday before Christmas. When I would check on shipping for my other 2 I couldn't find anything out. When I did receive them they looked very nice. I did order them thru Groupon & I didn't realize that I would have to paying for shipping.

I ordered a magic mug 12/29/2018 from Canvasonsale. It arrived today 1/7/2019! Great quality and quick delivery consider I ordered 2 mugs from Printerprix on 12/6/2018 and haven't received them yet as of today 1/7/019; the mugs meant for my family Xmas presents:-( I chatted with Printerprix twice and they promised escalating my case! Scam, I haven't received any mug yet:-( Delete Printerprix and keep Canvasonsale Groupon please!

So... uploaded a photo, placed an order and when I received the product it had white spots (which I do not see on the original) all over it and the bottom of the photo had been cut off leaving 2 inches of obvious whitespace on the bottom of the canvas. Contacted customer service and was told that the canvas came out exactly as it was previewed. That's the wrong answer because even if true what professional would look at the proof and still print it instead of contacting the customer and letting them know that the quality of the final product was not up to par. Not these folks, they just print and send, will never use them again.

I had orderd canvas prints earlier in the evening, I later decided to order again. The specified price, and what I was charged earlier with the stated discount was $3.90 for a 12×8. The earlier purchase was fine, being $13.98 for one including shipping.
My later order I was charged $104 for 2, the price was $3.90 apiece why would I then pay $46. I quickly tried to resolved the issue, emailing, calling with no answer. Finally late the day with no reply to my earlier email. I recieved and email stating my order was ready. I then recieved an email stating it was to late to cancel or change. Without even an offer of refunding the difference. I have filed a complaint with my bank to recoup the charges. If there is a problem with your order dont expect any help from this company!

I have used CanvasOnSale for several years. From personal canvases to Christmas gifts... ALWAYS on time! NEVER a disappointment! Family and friends are happily surprised and they love their canvases! A couple of years ago, I ordered 3 large, 30" x 40" for my son and daughter -in- laws Christmas presents. The corner of the well packaged box had a deep gash ( hole) in it when it was delivered. We kept our fingers crossed... but when opened, Christmas morning, the frames were cracked and there was damage to the canvases, certainly NO FAULT of CanvasOnSale! I contacted them asap and took photos! They immediately called me back. Apologized. They asked me for the order number of the damaged canvases and had ALL of them reprinted and delivered to my door in 3 business days. Basically no questions asked! Here is our latest canvas. This was taken in Florida, this past Thanksgiving while visiting my 91 yr old father. Last year I gave him a 30"x 40" of a shot I took, the previous Christmas morning, while sharing Christmas with him. Talk about pleasantly surprised... Dad has it hung in the middle of the living room wall.

Delivery was no where near close to being on time. Ordered a gift for Christmas 20 days before Christmas & it came in January I was furious. Not to mention, NOT AT ALL WORTH THE PRICE, especially the premium. The premium blanket was so much tinier than expected & it was thin. Not a good blanket to keep you warm at all, I might as well hang it on the wall as a picture cuz of how small it was. I would not recommend ordering from here. It is way way way too overpriced for the quality let me just say if you have high expectations for this site because of the price, don't get your hopes up. Never ordering here again.
