I was looking to gift some of our family with a precious portrait of our baby for Christmas. I stumbled upon CanvasChamp and I am glad I did! For the price and quality, it was definitely worth it. I got the canvasses just in time and let's just say they loved them! 10/10 recommend and I will be purchasing again in the future.
I spent over $400 with this company and made two purchases. The first order arrived damaged and I called immediately because time was of essence. I was told to send an email and provide pictures. I did just that! Then I was told to send a video because they claimed they didn't see damage. I did that! Didn't hear back for a few days so I called again. They said they responded. That they did! They said they didn't see any damage after I sent pics and video. Meanwhile it was very clear the face of the person in the canvas was damaged!.I then sent pics of the proof and the damaged Pic to that same email. No response so I called again. Then I received an email from them stating that I need to stop sending emails! I called again and my tone at this point told them I was pissed! Shortly after I received an email from them talking about how they value their customers and now I can get a replacement so I called and was told the canvas would be mailed with the second order. Ummm that order arrived and there was no picture! At this point it's already been over a month since I placed my order.
So I called once again. I said that since they say calls are recorded they should be able to find the person who told me the picture would be sent out with my second order. There was no apology no accommodation and I'm promised the canvas would be sent.
It took over 6 weeks to receive my canvas!
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I HAVE SPREAD THE WORD TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Quality print comparable to one I paid four times as much from another vendor! Not just a canvas stretched on a frame, but backed with a sturdy support backing. It was a fabulous deal! Such a great deal, I ordered another for my daughter.

I had a photo of my Mother put on canvas (11X14). It came out fantastic the colors was bright and clear. I would recommend it to anyone. Ether the meatal prints, acrylic prints, or the canvas prints along with any of the other products they offer.
This makes the 4th thing I've ordered from CanvasChamp, and every single one has looked amazing, and it's always been a great experience!

I ordered around 40 4x6 canvases, some made from photos of pictures 50 years old. One was even an old polaroid. They are came out better than the originals and each had a hanger on the back. A pleasant surprise! They arrived at least a week before I expected them and were very securely packaged. I am very pleased with my order and this is a real review!

My first purchase of a metal print came with white smudges in the foreground. Not acceptable.
The photo I submitted was a 6,000 x 4,000 jpg from my Nikon Z5. It was tack sharp.
They remade the metal print. This time, it was not as sharp as the original metal print. It was unacceptable.
I gave up on CanvasChamp.

These folks made a beautiful product at a reasonable price. The acrylic block with picture, sitting on the matching base is a unique gift with flair. When I was concerned about my order possibly not arriving in time for Christmas, I contacted Customer Service and they were able to get tracking on the shipment even tho I was having problems getting info. It took just a few hours for them to return my email and put my mind at ease. I wish all vendors were this helpful!

I ordered a canvas print and a custom rubiks cube. While I got the canvas print way before the estimated deviled date, I never got my rubiks cube. Customer service stopped responding. I had to go out and find a new present because they cheated me out of the one I ordered.
They also asked for proof I never got my ru it's cube. Not sure how I am supposed to show them something I never received. Will never order from them again.

The work done was generally good, but one of the 4 canvases came out defective. However, the Canvas Champs company has already responded that the defective one will be replaced. We hope this is the case as soon as possible.

I used this company and I'm so disappointed. I was unaware that 2 of my canvases were going to be very small and as well as 2 of my pictures the to of the heads were cut off.

I ordered metal prints during their black Friday sale, guaranteed to arrive on Dec 14th. As that day approached, I saw online my order was still "in production." I contacted them via chat and they offered no explanation but assured me they would put a rush on it. When the delivery date passed, I called. This time they informed me they had run out of metal and weren't sure when more would get there, but that they have an order coming and would be quickly filling backorders as soon as it arrives. They offered a refund, but I won't be able to get that kind of deal again elsewhere since black Friday is over. So my parents are just going to have wait indefinitely for their Christmas gift. Worst part to me is that no one was going to tell me this. I had to call them to get answers. Horrible.

First order I did was fine, second order came all messed up. Part it wasn't printed correctly and partly because FedEx smashed it to heck! It wasn't wrapped well at all though. I tried to chat, submitted tickets, emailed (sent SEVEN pictures of the damage) and nothing. They sent one stock email response and that was it! Now I have bent up, not printed correctly gifts to give to my family and even though they are family I am embarrassed!

As other reviews have mentioned, I received a metal print with the wrong photo. I reached out to customer service to report, they said someone will respond within 24-48 hours. As this is a Christmas present, I assume I will now not have it in time, as it appears to have shipped from Asia and took two weeks even though I paid for expedited shipping.
As another reviewer said, they did wrap it well, and the canvas photos I received were good quality and in good condition, thus two stars. Very disappointed about the metal print, now have to find a gift for someone very hard to shop for.

Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!
Answer: You probably won't. They do not care about the customer once the sale has been made.
Answer: I had the same issue - paid an extra $40+ to get it shipped by a certain date / expedited... day of expected delivery came and I call to find out they have just started printing it - IN INDIA... no way it can possibly ship in time for the wedding it was purchased for!
Answer: I cropped my stuff to get it to look right and to not say, like, "low resolution" and they came out beautifully.
