Ordered a ring. The amount was 8372 at the time of ordering but 9719 was charged at the time of online transfer and delivery was delayed by 3 days.
Tha stone gone from ring from day one of purchase.the stone was not fixed properly on the ring. Manufacturing was not good.
The product quality was good. The product had the certificate and was on time. I think they have good designs and would recommend by friends.

Horrible experience shopping with Candere. Extremely bad customer service and bad attitude of the service agent Visal and Pooja. I ordered and made my payment to complete my order yet after almost a week or so i was askef to pay 780 something again. I asked why they answered that i didnt pay for the product completely. But i used online payment method. I added the item to my cart and paid the amount through netbanking. I was told that it was my mistake and when i asked how. The agent replied that he doesnt know. He also mentioned that my metal weight ia less than the specification but they is no reduction in the final price. Extremely pathetic customer service. I said i wanted to cancel and he said yous still have to pay 10%. I pleaded to check and let me know cos i never made a mistake. Anyways he refused to escalate it and said i can do want i want. Anyways i paid the amount cos i didnpt want a 10% deduction and i have decided to never do business with Candere again. I will also spread my unhappy bitter experience with everyone and safe them from getting conned.

Disappointed after first order done by candere... one chain broked in two days refund still not received
I bought 22k gold certs from kalyan jewelers(Candere) this is my 3rd purchase, the process is quite simple and straight.

I had a very bitter experience with Candere. When I made first two purchases it was hassel free so I made a purchase again and that was when the hell journey started.
I was not sure about the product so i just placed it in a cart to review again later. That very moment I got a call from Customer executive Miss Khusboo saying the prices are going to be hiked after an hour so kindly do the purchase ASAP which I did. The next day when i viewed the product again I observed that the product price was slashed by Rs. 600/-. After that though i placed many products in the cart but I never got any call from Candere team again.
Secondly after three weeks of wait I got intimation from Candere about the shipment details. Continously I was checking with the given tracking id but the result data showed that there was no consignment with that tracking number. I contacted the customer care again and they said that the tracking id was wrongly updated
Lastly after I got the proper tracking id I found out that the product was already delivered though in reality I did not receive my order. It was a prepaid order so I was frantic. I kept calling the customer care number but nobody responded. When I connected via chat, all I got was false assurances and lastly the most interesting solution was that the whole system of candere is down and that they will arrange a call back with me, which nobody did.
After two days of trying the call Miss Bhasin responded my call and said that the product is already delivered. What the hell! If the product was delivered to me why would i take such a pain. I asked for the refund of money saying that I am appalled and disappointed to which she let a small chuckle. I was frantic here and she on the other side found it funny.
I am still trying to trace my product calling all the DTDC courier services in this area and Candere team on the other hand is doing nothing saying the product is already delivered.
My review is not on the products but on the poorly managed after sales customer care services.
My final verdict is Please do not buy from this site ever.
