Dear Unhappy customer,
Did anyone filed consumer complaint on this company ("Candere"), We buy a product with a price in online, but at the time of delivery they increase the product weight and demand more money. Initially on my first order I thought it was manufacturing mistake, but they are purposely doing it. Then I looked in online, many of other customers have this experience.
Because of their fault in the manufacturing, I don't want to pay and told them if you can't send it please do cancel it. They have told that they will charge 10% of the cancellation fee. This is how they try to ransom the customers. I felt there is no use in speaking to them, instead taking it legally would be much better at-least we can stop them cheating other customer.
Other unhappy customers, please share your complaints to this mail ID
