I bought two bangles form candere by Kalyan(*******) in june so after a month I recieved the product in July but after few days the product gold was getting shredded off so I complain to your team n they arrange a return pickup for repair. But now they saying the product can't b repaired off as that bangles are the mix of gold n copper so may I know why didn't u tell me when I ordered it and also if it's of bad quality why u keeping such products on ur website.
Now your team is saying we can't refund u we can give u the replacement only but you guys tell me after buying another product If I face the same issue with another product I purchase after few time of usage.
So the main thing is that I have lost trust in you guys. You guys are not selling geniune products so I don't want to become fool again keep ur product with u and give me the money back so look into this on an urgent basis.
This review is in regards to an online order done by my brother. At time of order the amount got deducted via paytm gateway. My bank was OBc and as per *******@candere.com the amount got fluctuate in their account after 3 days of the payment. As this was an anniversary order for my wife. I thought as the order would be delayed so I requested for a cancellation. I was surprised when the agent called my bank "Ghatiya" and ask not to do any future payment from OBC bank. Also they asked for 10% cancellation over the order. It just a simple request to all those client who are looking to shop with Kalyan or any brand associate with candere. Dont purchase with them. They are just looting hard earned money
The product was good but I would like to mention about Navins service, it was exceptional, from day 1 he knew what I wanted & he was a clear about all the conditions, would just say professional service@ the very best.

I bought my niece a gold and diamond ring for her 18th birthday. I feel it is not too flashy or inappropriate for a young girl and she loves it and wear it all the time. For her I had also bought a neckless but she doesnt wear it very often so this is better I think. This is my first time using Candere.com. I would buy from them again.

Never fall for these guys- they are robbers. Will increase weight exceptionally prior to delivery and will hold you hostage. Hope there was a zero rating option for daylight robbers.

I ordered a 22Kt diamond ring and it's the most beautiful ring that I would have ever owned. I got amazingg support from the Kalyan team as ring took 1.5 months to get delivered to me as I ordered it during the lockdown. But Jeetendra sir from the Kalyan team was in constant touch with me on call and what's app right from the selection of correct ring size to the time it finally got delivered to me. I opted for a wrong size initially but then he personally got in touch with me and helped me with the issue. I really appreciate their services and I am looking forward to order more in future.

Did anyone filed consumer complaint on this company ("Candere"), We buy a product with a price in online, but at the time of delivery they increase the product weight and demand more money. Initially on my first order I thought it was manufacturing mistake, but they are purposely doing it. Then I looked in online, many of other customers have this experience.
Because of their fault in the manufacturing, I don't want to pay and told them if you can't send it please do cancel it. They have told that they will charge 10% of the cancellation fee. This is how they try to ransom the customers. I felt there is no use in speaking to them, instead taking it legally would be much better at-least we can stop them cheating other customer.
Other unhappy customers, please share your complaints to this mail ID

It's only about sales tactics
At the time of Order it was advised that the bill would indicate entire amount
However when the product was received it only stated the amount paid
Resale details were also falsified by the sales rep just to Gain more icp or whatsoever
Dont buy any jewelry from candere really cheap jweller hold customers money neither delivered product not refunding money even after multiple complaints and calls my money is stuck from a month
8 days ago I purchased bracelets and chain from Kalyan Jewellers Pune, but its broken in only 1 days and the jeweller is not responding properly and ask for more money.

I ordered gold coins, and after a few hours I realized the same in nearby is available with very low price, have contact to customer support team they didn't talk to me, but replied on a live chat, I told to cancel the order but they denied to cancel it,
This is not legal since I just ordered the product and product is with them, simply I just gave money to their hand.
If we purchase gold online we understand return could not be possible but in my case they can return my money because they have my product i have nothing. This is how such companies CANDERE KALYAN JEWELLERS are looting people.
