Delayed delivery and refund of previous order took more than a month for refund to be processed and the first pendant mentioned for kids had all the sharp edges and points
I have not rec'd my order. While booking I was promised it will be delivered by 25/3/2022.
I have still not received my ordered material. What else is there to describe my experience
I buy a diamond ring for my wife, ring is beautiful n get by original documents by Kalyan good experience n genuine product

The product is excellent but the delivery process was delayed which caused too much confusion.
I think the overall delivery process has to be improvised.

There is no ethics in them they do not listen to their customer

Not reliable you can't trust them
Your gold rate is 5% higher than the local retailers. Also, the making charge is very high. There is no standard making charge and still maintaining in percentage even though gold rate is higher
Literally the worst thing that has ever happened to me was the thought that i had to buy from you guys.
Worst customer service ever!
Firstly you took so $#*!ing long to ship the item and when you got time to $#*!ing ship it you chose one of the worst companies on earth "Bluedart".
Another $#*!tiest fraud that you guys advertise is that sit and relax no one knows what is inside the delivery bag/box. Shipping bag literally states expensive jewelry you morons. Stop that false advertisement first.
Now come to the shipping part by the worst delivery company, delivery guy called me and asked that sir are you at home? I said yes and he said he is standing below my building and will come upstairs soon.
Whole $#*!ing day passes what i get is a message from Bluedart saying that the package is delivered. He $#*!ing delivered it to some literally random flat. I called immediately and someone in your CS team said he has raised an inquiry and would investigate and call in the next 30 minutes.
Its been literally more than 10 days now and no one has called.
Also, you guys have emailed me that i would receive a refund for the size difference and i have not received that too so $#*!ing process that fast.
$#*!ing worst experience ever!
No going to buy anything from you guys also had told this to everyone i know so no one falls into your $#*!ing scam.

It was good. The order was delivered before the due date. The package was not damaged and the delivery team did a good job in contacting before the item was supposed to be handed over.
I still have a amount refund. I choose 2.4 in the site but what i discussed with agent and got is 2.3 which is correct. The differential amount hasnt been credited back to me.

Design is completely different from what ordered, It was a jaali kind of design on the website and when received it was just kind of flat thin coin with stripes.
I am Suggesting not to enroll any of schemes,
They will in the time of purchase,
Yesterday visited Banglore commercial Street showroom, 29% making charge necklace after discussion he is ready to make discount of 9% for cash puchase but after knowing we r purchasing under advance paid monthly scheme he is not ready to give any discount in 29% making charge,
That means he know any how will buy with Kalyan jewellers, why to unnecessary discount
