Canadian Appliance Source is a horrible company. I was advised to purchase a fridge to replace my existing, broken fridge. When the fridge was delivered we didnt realize it was the wrong size. I requested to return the fridge as the sales person gave me the wrong information. I was charged 25% for restocking. I have tried to speak with several After Sales representative that were horribly rude and even yelled at me. The restocking fee cost me over $1000 for a fridge that I never even plugged in and was sold on the fridge with misinformation. I was told that these things happen yet I am being punished. Do yourself a favor and NEVER BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. It is disgusting how I was treated.

You only get a call center. They don't seem to be able to help. You cannot get in touch with a manager what so ever. Do not order from this company. It's bad... very bad.

If I could give zero stars I would! They would get a 5/5 for customer disservice. Defective refrigerator delivered on Dec 28th but of course this is a manufacturers issue. One month later and I am still waiting for a new fridge. The manufacturer sent me an email saying they would replace but has not sent an approval to CAS. The manufacturer is refusing to send an approval to CAS and told me that. I shared this information with CAS and was told I had to wait for the approval. So I am stuck in the middle. No one at CAS will talk to you on the phone and every email I am told to keep waiting. When I try to contact the store I cannot reach the actual store but instead get a general call center. I am tired of waiting! I have a family of six and have not had the ability to keep fresh food in my house for one month now. This is totally unacceptable. A good company would exchange the fridge and deal with the manufacturer later. Instead they make the customer suffer. Once they have your money nothing else matters. I will never purchase from this business again. I am not prepared to wait much longer. Absolutely disgusted by the lack of regard for customers. They have no desire to make this right and just continue to blame the manufacturer. I am the one doing all of the work here. The amount of hours I have put into calling and emailing both companies about this issue is ridiculous. I am sure the response to my review will be that the after sales team has escalated this matter and they are waiting for a response from the manufacturer. I am not sure why it took so long to escalate this matter. And the only reason it was escalated was because I insisted they do something. I do not want to wait any longer. I JUST WANT A FRIDGE OR MY MONEY BACK! Save your money and your sanity and shop elsewhere!
Do not buy from these crooks. I just purchased a stove from them for mid October 2023 For almost $7,000.00 and the appliance has been shocking everyone in the house and they will not do anything to resolve it and all they do is deflect it away but are quick to push and extended warranty.

They sold me an open box item in a box claiming it was brand new. When I opened at home, I saw dirty marks and repackaged items. You cant take it back like in any other normal store, thay make process very difficult. I will never go back.
Agreed to a $65 restocking fee. The staff appears to be trained in non refunds.
My Advice do not buy anything from these stores go to Costco;Goemans: The Brick or anyone but these bandits.No matter what they tell you it will not be the truth
Run Run Run you have been Warned
Bought a new washer and dryer which were delivered and installed promptly. Washer began spilling water on the floor. Contacted CAS who ignore the email then when sales person replied, stated we have to contact the manufacturer. We did, two weeks later a technician came to the house and diagnosed that the washer was delivered broken with a burnt out motor. We contacted CAS who did not answer the question about quality control testing and refused to replace the unit and insisted we go through the manufacturer who stated it will take three weeks minimum to get, deliver and install a new motor. Meanwhile, we are without a washing machine for 7 weeks.
I saw a cheaper price on internet from a local store 3h after purchasing a dishwasher (April 8th) and they never wanted to match the price and reimbourse the extra paid!
I sent the cheaper price & local store link to the salesman (Luis Miguel Herrera Fong) and told him that I would bring back the dishwasher. He told me he would take care of it on the 10th so I didn't bring back the dishwasher. Nothing was done on the 10th and he was hard to catch for the following days.
I was then told to contact customer service because he couldn't do anything. Customer service told me on the 19th (Sonia Clair) that she was sending a note to salesman without wanting to tell me what it was but that he would be able to take care of it.
I've tried to contact (phone + email) the salesman many time with no answer...
Today, May 3rd, customer service told me that the company policies don't offer to match prices after it's delivered, that I can return it if I want! Almost 1 month after... I should have done it right away, shame on me for trusting the salesman and CAS.
Don't ever buy appliances from here. They are just trying to get your money, don't care about service. They sold us a fridge open box and a oven saying that all are in stock and can deliver right away. In reality, they only delivered the fridge without the oven. None even called us to tell why they dont deliver the oven. Once we asked, they say it is out of stock. We only have oven until next 2 month. We cant wait and want to cancel the order, they dont let us cancel the order. Sales say it is customer service responsibility. Customer service say talked to sales. You will be the ball that they through you in between. Noone will solve it for us. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. They asked to go online and fill the return form. And then refuse. They forced us to take the fridge. Charge delivery for both alliances. You can buy elsewhere with bundle discount and better service. DONT BUY WITH THEM, YOU ONLY MAKE YOURSELVES ANNOYED AND WAIT YOUR TIMES.

They delivered the washing machine on Dec 21,2022.
The delivery men dropped the washing machine on the floor and damaged the laminate flooring. The leg of the washing machine broke off from the impact. I called the service and asked to replace the washing machine. It's been 2 weeks and they still haven't replaced the washing machine. They say that the return department does not have a phone number and I need to write letters to them. I wrote them one letter and was waiting 2 days for a response. They answered my letter, asking me to send one photo first. I sent and I was waiting for a response again for 2 days. Then they wrote that they would replace the broken leg. I replied that I do not need a replacement leg, I ask you to replace the washing machine. Again I wait 2 days for a response. They wrote that I need to send more photos. Another 2 days of waiting. I call the service, and there is only one answer: the return department will contact you within 2 days...
Today is Jan 5,2023: Still waiting for the replacement :(
Extremely Disappointed Customer:
My recent experience at the Regina 'Canada Appliance Source' was appalling on several levels. Before purchase of a dishwasher and refrigerator, I declared that the available for pickup date was imperative because I will be working away from home. I had both the salesperson and manager confirm the expected date prior to purchasing. When the day comes for me to pickup the appliances, not only was I not notified of any delay, but the appliances were still sitting in their warehouse... not even loaded on a truck or processed.
Upon cancellation of my order, due to the fact that they failed to meet the specified stipulations, I was told that the refund of the deposit would take 2 to 3 business days to process, and that the sales team present did not have the authority to deal with the refund, no manager was appointed for the vacationing store manager.
I would have respectfully walked away from the deal without posting any review had they returned my money from the deposit so I could make the necessary purchase from a competitor while there are still boxing week sales on, but that didn't happen and I am just left hoping I don't have to take further action to get my refund.

Ordered a microwave with a salesperson over the phone. The sale went relatively smooth. I was emailed an invoice and told where the unit could be picked up. I work all day so sent my friend to pick it up. I gave him the invoice (proof of purchase) and the remaining balance due of $250.00 to pay in cash.
Not once was I told it had to be me picking it up, no where on the invoice under order information and terms does it state this.
When my friend showed up he was advised they couldn't release it to him and he had to wait outside for 30 minutes while they tried to get approval. They also told him they do not accept cash! Wtf people that's illegal. They asked him what his 'relationship' was to me - none of their f'n business that's what! They wanted to scan his drivers license and he asked what for. They told him they needed to keep it on file and they proceeded to show him a scanned version of someone else's drivers license! That's a privacy breach! He ended up leaving without the microwave. A bunch of time and gas money wasted.
I called and talked to the sales rep who I bought it thru and she was extremely unhelpful. Was not concerned at all that I was an unhappy customer. She told me she would refund what I had already paid and then hung up on me. What a bunch of unprofessional dummies. Don't waste your time.
Purchased a floor model high end LG washer, pedestal washer and dryer and pedestal. CAS failed to deliver the connection hoses and enough t-clip retainers. Called customer service asking for parts. Customer service said it was my fault for failing to inspect the machines before delivery. I did inspect (took photos) and the salesperson Gary G promised that all hoses and connections were included. Eventually Gary G provided some but not all hoses and clips but I still cannot connect pedestal washer to the drain (LG has no hoses in stock!) The pedestal is now a brick. Very poor customer service. Do not shop here.
This company is a joke! I ordered a dryer and agreed to get it picked up in a local store of them. First of all they did not inform about any time when the pickup is going to happen and second, later they informed me I can pick it up in a different than agreed store. When asked them to compensate their mistake and to cover the delivery fee to home they refused - said refund or delivery to another local store. This is not acceptable customer service and they merit zero clients.
I bought a fridge, wall oven, warming drawer, and cook top. Ended up canceling the fridge because mine broke and even though they had some in stock in the province beside me they had no idea if or when they would be able to deliver.
I ended up getting the wall oven and warming drawer 6 months later with no notice. They could not deliver in the next 4 days and I was on vacation for 5 days the following week. They said if I did not pick it up myself before I left they would give it to the next customer. I picked it up in my truck and then managed to get the 250lb oven out of the back. I then found out they billed me for the cooktop I did not receive. They said they had to based on how their system worked and could not issue a refund unless I cancelled the order which would put me at the back of the line and then I would have to pay more because the price had gone up. Additionally, the delivery date was moved out 8 months making it 14 months total. Felt like buying everything from a slimy car salesman and then they billed me without telling me, ignored my emails, and voicemails until I managed to get ahold of my sales rep 2 weeks later.
Worst customer service ever!
Answer: Shut it down as sketchy and no services. Good salespeople but better buy from Home Depot or Kent
