Ordered pet meds on November 24, but they never showed up. The tracking number given does not show in USPS. I contacted the company and asked for a refund. They agreed to refund my money because it was more than 21 business days, but the refund has not made it onto my credit card. This company is not based in Canada. They told me they were shipping from the UK. I don't have any problem with shipping from the UK, but I don't like that the website is misleading and falsely suggests that they are based in Canada. On a positive note, they have responded to each of my emails. I can live with it if I get my refund, but I'm a little frustrated that it is taking such a long time. I would've taken advantage of a black Friday deal with another company if I I knew my meds were either not shipped or gone missing. Hopefully I will not need to open a credit card dispute. It is now over a month since I ordered.

I purchased a flea product from CanadaPetCare.com and it was turned away at the border becasue it was deemed an unregistered pest control product, even though it appears to be the same product I can buy at the lcoal Vet for more money. I assumed by the name this was a Canadian company and if not there should be red flags when ordering thiings that do not meet Canadian guidelines, or we should nt be allowed to complete the otrder online. I assume I will be able to get a refund.

I purchased some flea treatment and it arrived promptly.
The product did not work for my pooch but i wonder if the product was genuine now?
I have just never had a flea treatment not work - so was a bit concerned.

Anyhow everything else seemed ok - delivery was fast and efficient.

Canada petcare
I bought Bravecto for my dogs in Sept 2022. I am taking tics off my Dogs after just 1 1/2 months. Never not worked before. I have bought off them for years. I only give it to my dogs for 6 months and off 6 months. But Canada petcare did not want to help in any way after years of getting my business they lost a customer. Obviously the batch I got was old. I often would get batches at end of the date. But I did not mind because it worked. It's not working. But they refuse to back up their products, and will not discuss sending me a new box or refunding me. So don't use them. They don't back up purchase. Even after they confirmed I'm a customer for years.

I ordered Revolution Plus for cats, and half an hour after, I read reviews that they are out of stock, and they sent Stronghold plus (which is the same product but marketed for outside of the USA). When I wrote them to tell them to cancel my order for that they told me:

"We have the international version of revolution plus which is known as Stronghold plus.

Revolution Plus is known as Stronghold Plus outside the United States. Both Revolution Plus and Stronghold plus have the same ingredients and are produced by the same manufacturer 'Zoeitis'.

The packaging of this product is different because we procure these product from outside the United States.

In case, you are not satisfied after it using or if you wish not to use it, we will be happy to reimburse you for the purchase for a return."

Obviously, they know what they are doing, and they are not out of stock.
I checked other online stores and I see that Stronghold Plus is way cheaper than Revolution. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money but they said they just shipped and they can't do it. So now I have to wait who knows how much time, receive the product and send it back and wait more time to be refunded.

This is really bad. "Your Trusted Online Vet!?" NO WAY.

This company is based out of the UK with the name CANADAPETCARE. I made an order in Canada for medication for a sick cat. The order wasn't even shipped for 5 days I'm still waiting on the delivery honestly your better off ordering through amazon. When I called to ask about the order I was told "don't worry" and "we understand"

Not a Canadian company. All products in $US. No free shipping to Canada. False advertising. Only after you get to the cart is this obvious.

I'm a volunteer and CanadaPetCare always help me with meds for pets. They help me save lives and I really appreciate it. The quality of all goods in on a really high level. Customer Service also great, thank you so much for the support

I ordered Heartgard Plus, but I received Heartgard30 Plus, an Australian product. They substituted without authorization from me. Customer Service says it is the same product, but because the company is located in the UK they cannot sell the American version on their website, even though that was the product shown at the time of my order. This is deceptive, misleading and dishonest. Customer Service advised me to use the product. After I said that I would not use it, the representative said I could donate the product to a rescue shelter. He said that I will receive a refund in 3-5 days, which will be 6-23-2022. I'll wait to see if I actually receive the refund. Canada Pet Care should show this alternative product on their website, and let the buyer make the choice to buy it or not. It should also make clear that the company and its Maple Leaf logo are not affiliated with nor located in Canada. The company is located in the United Kingdom, and according to the customer service representative, it sources products from around the world. Also, I paid for a tracking number, but I only received it after I called to inquire. The number was emailed to me after I received the package in the mail. At that point, the tracking number was useless to me.

This company has been spamming me for 3 years since I bought something from them. Have asked them to stop ten times but they will not stop! They even said they would but they lie. I get spammed twice a week. Never buy from these people or they won't leave you alone

Bought heartworm meds. Thought it was based in Canada but its based in UK. Did receive item and looks good no bad reactions. Happy but it did take 12 days to receive.

Although they followed up with me on my order and sent/received it fast, I had ordered Revolution Plus and I received StrongHold Plus. A week after applying it, my cats still have fleas and most of all ear mites. There was a note in the package saying that because of a shortage of Revolution, they sent this one instead which was made by the same lab. I wish they has asked me before charging me if I wanted to pursue my order or not. I won't order again.
I had tested Revolution before and that's why I wanted it.

Tried to order flea and tick meds for my dog. When I hit confirm order it was processing but then failed. They still took the money from my account but claim that I don't have an order from them. I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my bank. Don't recommend this company.

This is not a Canadian company. My order shipped from overseas in the UK somewhere and took over 3 weeks to arrive.
They are misleading with their name and make no effort to educate customers on where items ship from or where they are based.
Beware and research before you purchase.

Edit: I did contact customer service following the transaction. I was refunded slightly more than the overcharge. I was very happy with this transaction and will order from them again!
