I ordered Heartgard Plus, but I received Heartgard30 Plus, an Australian product. They substituted without authorization from me. Customer Service says it is the same product, but because the company is located in the UK they cannot sell the American version on their website, even though that was the product shown at the time of my order. This is deceptive, misleading and dishonest. Customer Service advised me to use the product. After I said that I would not use it, the representative said I could donate the product to a rescue shelter. He said that I will receive a refund in 3-5 days, which will be 6-23-2022. I'll wait to see if I actually receive the refund. Canada Pet Care should show this alternative product on their website, and let the buyer make the choice to buy it or not. It should also make clear that the company and its Maple Leaf logo are not affiliated with nor located in Canada. The company is located in the United Kingdom, and according to the customer service representative, it sources products from around the world. Also, I paid for a tracking number, but I only received it after I called to inquire. The number was emailed to me after I received the package in the mail. At that point, the tracking number was useless to me.
