I place an order mid December. After 2 weeks of not receiving the order, I called and was told that it was held up in customs coming from Australia. But they couldn't give me a tracking #? Their product doesn't even come from Canada. I called, the following week & was told the same. Called again the week after that and again was told the same thing. The week after that, I called and they sent a reorder. It's now been 4 weeks after the reorder & still have not received the order. I called once again and was told that it was deliver 2 weeks ago & to contact USPS. His order did have a tracking #. They were happy to take my money & cared less that I received their products. I will never use this company.
Canada pet care.com has got the greatest prices, and excellent customer service. The only drawback is that it takes so long to get the item order period it can take a month to a month and a half before you receive them. Other than that it can't beat the prices and the quality

I ordered products from this company. It took at least three weeks and it was marked from Singapore. After doing research I learned that products are not from Canada but other countries. It is not a Better Business bureau credited company. The Better Business bureau did try to reach them but were unsuccessful in contacting someone from this company. Folks for me that's enough. That alone says volumes. My dogs are worth more.
