Even though THEY knew I was an 8 hour drive from their facility, they used the Inclimate weather ruse to get me to upgrade my already expensive shipping.

I've been buying pet meds from California Pet Pharmacy for a few years. We were living in North Carolina when our vet recommended CPP for the best prices on our pet med needs. We usually purchase #100 Methimazole (thyroid med) tabs for our precious cat, Cleo.^^ We also purchase subcutaneous fluids for our other cat, Gizmo. Their prices are the best! Our new vet, here in Colorado, thought she could beat their prices, but quickly called me back & said CPP was the cheapest way to go! My vet calls in prescription for my dog. This company was on the phone calling me for me to complete this order ASAP. I shipped expedite shipping 2-4 days it's been 8 days and I live 4 hrs away from them. I get every excuse why my pet medicine has not arrive. I told this company my dog needs these Medicine or she will die, they said nothing. Saving a few pennies is not worth it. Run fast get off their site and order with another pet Pharmancy. They don't care about you and less about your pet.

I used to order from the company that's always on TV for the last 5 years. I noticed over the years that their prices keep going higher and higher and now aren't too much cheaper than at my vet's. So I started surfing the web and came across this company and decided to give them a try. Not only are their prices lower but service is fantastic! The only problem I had was that they're on the west coast and I'm in New York so the time zone difference comes in to play when I call there. But I'm recommending these guys to all my friends and family!

If I could give a 1/2 or a 0 star I would. I requested that they call instead of fax, as my vet does not have a fax. Two months in a row they faxed instead of calling. If this needed medication was for a non threating medical condition I would say ok due to their prices. But my dog has Congestive Heart Failure and cannot be without his medication more than 24 hrs, he could die. They mess up, 2 months in a row, and want me to pay the rush fee. The savings is not worth the life of my dog. Terrible customer service.
My lab Toby has joint issues in his leg and California Pet Meds has his medicine cheap and I always receive it super fast. The carprofen chewy tablets are so expensive everywhere else but not here! Thanks so much!
