California Pet Pharmacy

I ordered a vial of medicine (monthly) which costs me $172.50.
It arrived today cracked and frozen.
They will not replace it. Rude insult.
The best they will do is charge me an additional $86.25 for a new vial ( plus $35 overnight shipping)
Well, NEVER pay them any money or give them any business because you might have to throw your money away in the end.

I absolutely love using California pet pharmacy. I've been using them for over a year and have never had an issue with my order. The best part is that I can get my dog's medication for 50% less than what my vet used to charge me!

Maybe something has changed, but I am very happy with California Pet Pharmacy.

I've been using California Pet Pharmacy for the past year at least and have found them to be super speedy and reliable delivering what is ordered. Great online service that has prices that are much better than what I would pay at my Vet. They are close to me in Hayward too so everything comes very quickly. Still waiting on that my account function though.

Their price is much cheaper than any other competitors. Usually your orders come in right away. I never had any issues during my few years, as their customer.

Very poor website presence. It's been over 90 days and they still do not have customer accounts active. At this point I do not feel secure ordering refills online with California RX Pharmacy. Any legitimate company now days allows customers to create online accounts. They really need to get their act together and establish an e-market presence.

Made my very first order with CPP last week and my dogs very important heart medication just arrived, which was great since there has been a shortage everywhere else! It was quick and easy, just provided my vet information and they took care of getting it approved and sent out the very same day. I will definitely be ordering from CPP again!

I have been purchasing meds from theses people for many years now and never had any problems.The past year or so I buy meds and never get a tracking number. I have asked numerous times what is going on and ALL I get is apologies. To say the least I am getting tired of it. I will be writing to corporate. I think they need to re vamp thier shipping dept. Great place to buy pet meds. I have been using them for the last 2 years for my 5 dogs. My mobile vet pretty much refers all his clients to them. Living in Florida with fleas can be expensive and I am glad to use California Pet Pharmacy.

I've been ordering my dog's medication from CPP for over a year now and I could not be more pleased. They've always been quick to send my order and when I've called customer service they were very helpful. The prices are way less than what I would pay from the vet and for someone on a limited budget that's very important.

Obviously, my preference would be not to have to give my dog meds. However, after going through two other pharmacies, CPP won my business hands down. They have quick delivery, great service, and good prices. Thank you for helping my pup.
