Stay Away! There are plenty of sites that can actually follow-through on a sale.
I have spent sooooo much time chasing and wondering what is going on
First it was my vet's fault then it was my Internet provider... definitely not their issues - they tell you all about their procedures, which is nice, except they can't deliver product.
The day I called was miraculously the day they found the paperwork. Huh?
They can't get the job done and leave you in total silence

I ordered the popular antibiotic Baytril from this company because of the great price. I asked for the flavored tabs like I do at my regular pharmacy every time. After almost ten days, I was told that I would have to take the regular tabs, which are more expensive at this pharmacy, but the same price at others. I said okay, and several days later got a call that they were out of stock. Then another call saying they had only one bottle, not the two that I ordered. It finally arrived nearly three weeks after I sent my order, and since the single bottle was under $100, they charged $8 extra in shipping.

Don't use this pet pharmacy!

I've ordered several meds over the past couple of years with no problems; good delivery time, etc. I've been waiting for 2 weeks for my latest order, only to be told when I called CPP that the item is backordered. Has been unavailable all this time and they never bothered to email me so I could try to get it elsewhere. I see from other reviews that this behavior is not unusual.

The last email I got from the CPP was thanked for the order and included a link to check the status of the shipment. The status still says they are waiting on the vet's approval, although, when I called CPP a week ago, I was told the approval had been obtained from the vet and the order would probably ship "tomorrow'. That was a week ago. When it was apparently not in stock all the time.

We had 2 dogs on Deramaxx, one was 80 lbs the other 30 lbs. Both dogs needed the Deramaxx daily, and for those who use this medication, know it is expensive. I checked all the online sites, but no one really came close to California Pet Pharmacy price. They are easy to work with and the medication was always shipped fast. We highly recommend California Pet Pharmacy to all pet owners.

I ordered Frontline Plus for my two dogs. I ordered a 6 month supply of each. The frontline did not work at all so i called to return or exchange them for a product that will work. They will not do an exchange or a refund because i used one of the 6 vials. They hide their horrible return policy in an inconspicuous place making darn sure nobody ever sees it (which is illegal - if you have a return policy that differs from the standard you are required to post your policy in a CONSPICUOUS place ensuring that the consumer will see the policy before purchasing the product) They are very rude, you cannot call and talk to anyone, you have to leave a message and wait for days for a return call. If I could give zero stars I would. I have nothing good to say about this company.

California pet pharmacy has been the best! My dog sky has a serious heart condition and needs to be on his medication! I was having trouble finding them because my vet was selling them to me way to expensive. I found California pet pharmacy and they have great affordable prices for someone on a budget like myself. I told them my situation and how I need sky's medication asap and if they could do their best to get them to me as soon as possible and how I was running out of time. They were able to get my medication shipped out to me the next day! Definitely sticking with them!

My canine family members heart meds are always expensive but CPP had the best prices for our needs and their customer service was top notch for us. I could only order the meds when I had enough money and sometimes that meant my boy may have to go without for a few days but CPP cared about our situation and more than once they filled and shipped our order same day so we wouldn't have to go without. I will always be thankful for that.
