Need 2 Calendars for 2023- a small Chihuahua calendar size and a large one. Found them in minutes and they are on the way to me. Additionally with the coupon code, I saved about $8.00. Very easy to work with the system.
I have ordered calendars from the site several times, including 4 calendars for 2023. They have a great selection which I discovered when I was trying to find a particular calendar several years ago. I have been getting my calendars from them every since. They also have discounts during the year and clearance selections at the end of the year.
I was hesitant to shop on the site after reading all these reviews, but Calendars.com provided me with excellent customer service. I first had an issue with changing my shipping address. The CSR helped me. She walked me through every step to ensure I got the best deal for my order. She also provided me with a cheaper shipping rate! ($3.00 from $6.99)

I cannot understand all the bad reviews here. I have been buying calendars here for years and have always had excellent service. I live in England and because the package has to come through our Customs they can take up to 2 months to arrive. When one hadn't arrived after 3 months I queried it and they immediately sent a replacement which arrived within a fortnight.
I have the cutest little neighbors. I bought each of them a Snoozimal including the shark, the axolotl, the turtle, the puppy, and the dinosaur in a few different purchases. They absolutely love them. The 2 year old sleeps with his dinosaur every night. I had to get one for myself and put it in my own office. Shipping was super fast.

Didn't recognize my credentials, wouldn't let me sign as a guest or choose my own password. This happened as I tried to sign in on my IPhone. Had to get on my desktop to get it straightened out! Great selection of calendars though! Glad I finally got my Christmas order done!

Order ID *******. Ordered 6 calendars received 5 even tho invoice indicated all 6 sent. Cannot get company to answer chat or phone. This indicates total incompetence, a lack of adequate staff, indifference to customer service, or just a poorly run organization. At this point just happy I got 5 of the 6 items ordered. Intend to shop anywhere but here in the future and hope to inform anyone that asks to stay away from this company. With the variety of choices would have hoped for a better experience. Very disappointed. I was a quality systems assessor for 14 years and this company's quality system when it comes to customers is definitely broken. Would love to see their Mission Statement. Told all my clients to say what you do and do what you say. This is an update to original review. Jennifer from Calendars.com called me on my home phone about 4 hours after my review posted asking what they could do to remedy the situation. Send missing calendar or refund for cost of it. I took the refund as Christmas was over. Will update my rating to a 2 based on this response. Future star increases will depend on their improvement in customer service to me for any future dealings with them for any problems encountered.
Dave, I will have someone call you today to see which title you're missing. With all the weather and other holiday shipping delays, we are just swamped with contacts. We didn't staff for a winter vortex unfortunately.
Calendars are always superb, and the site is super easy to navigate. I've been buying exclusively from them for the last couple of years and will continue to do so indefinitely. Highly recommended!

I ordered about a dozen calendars from this site for Christmas presents and everyone found them to be very unique gifts as I could get them a calendar for exactly their hobby.
I received a promo email in early June that 2023 calendars could be ordered at a discount. I picked out 2 and placed an order on 6/7/22. I received a confirmation # and info that one would ship after 7/15 and one after 8/15. I don't think I ever received an order summary via email though. Near the end of September having never received notice of shipment and seeing that my credit card was never charged I went on your web site to check on the order. After entering the confirmation # that I had received back on 6/7 the search came back that the order did not exist. So I placed a new order only I changed one of the calendars to a different item. A few days later I received notice that my order had shipped and when it arrived it was the original order that I had placed on 6/7. One of the calendars had been damaged in transit. My credit card has now been charged for both orders and I have not received the second order as of yet nor have I gotten a shipment confirmation or a tracking #. The June order was #******* and the Sept order was #*******

I waited forever to get my order. Then, when it came, part of it was incorrect. The correct calendars were listed on the invoice, but they sent the wrong one. I have been trying now for two days to contact the company either via phone or the online chat. NO RESPONSE. I'm beyond frustrated. I know mistakes can happen but at least have customer service that will help straighten them out. Never again will I buy from here. Look elsewhere.

I ordered 3 calendars and received a notification that they were being shipped on 12/20/21. So far they have not arrived. I've tried to contact customer support unsuccessfully, twice by email and at least 4 times by phone, with no response. I have contacted USPS and UPS. Both say they have not yet received the package from calendars.com. These were gifts for birthdays on January 4th and 6th. Very disappointed.

Ordered two calendars and it said "usually ships by July." It's now October. Contacting their very nice customer service department yielded a response of "sometimes our distributors delay release." So, OK. No idea when my 2023 calendars will arrive (one was supposed to be a present for my wife. In July.) but I do know I won't be ordering from this place again. Just too much hassle and not enough savings to warrant the headache.

I placed an order for my nephew's Christmas present on 11-26-22. Status is still "in process" and I'm waiting (in vain!) for someone to come on their online chat. I've ordered several years in the past, but this lack of customer service and no delivery after waiting a month? I will not be using them again - EVER!
I am sorry you didn't receive your calendar in time for Christmas. If you package traveled through the Rossford, OH facility, they had a serious backlog that resulted in delays like I have never seen in my almost 20 years at Calendars.com. I have to agree with the other reviews posted here, we ordered over $200 worth of calendars for Christmas Presents in early December and they didn't arrive until the 21st! Too late to include in packages sent to family. When I contacted customer service the answer was, just because the web site said orders shipped in 1-2 business days, they really meant 1-11 business days! As a result, they have lost a long time customer who won't be recommending them to anyone!
I have ordered from calendars.com for years but every year they seem to be getting progressively worse and worse. Placed an order in late December. On 12/31 received an e-mail that my order was "on its way", but if you look at the tracker it shows they generated a UPS label on 12/30, but as of today (1/12) that status has not changed an d no sign of any calendars.
This will definitely be the last year I will be using them!

I ordered 3 calendars on 11/26 and still no tracking info received. When I called I waited on hold for 15 mins. Before hanging up. Then I chose the "place order" option and same result. This company SUCKS, order thru Amazon where service is assured!
