I ordered a calendar from www.calendar.com on Dec 10. It was supposed to arrive on Dec 17. It never came. The calendar is a Christmas present. I tried calling them and sending emails, but there was no response. They obviously want to keep my money but not deliver a calendar. I hate it when online shops take advantage of the consumer!
I am telling you to run as fast as you can from this company. The shipping prices are ridiculous and the customer service is non nonexistant. Not sure they even care. Was on hold for 3 hours and I finally gave up. Last time is was 6 hours and then they finally called back but my phone silenced the call thinking it was a scam. When I finally did an online chat they said I was out of the time frame! Run, do not walk away.
I have been scammed! I ordered 4 calendars for Christmas presents. I ordered them on 12/6/21. It is now 12/20/21 and I have not received them. I gave them my correct mailing address. I tried calling the Customer Service number and was on hold for over 1 1/2 hours! I never was able to talk to anyone! I want my money back! DO NOT ORDER from this company! It is a SCAM!

I am sorry you felt it necessary to reorder, rather than allow us the opportunity to address your issues. It appears you did call in eventually, which is the best course of action if you are having any issues with your order, and were promptly assisted by an agent. You were refunded for the lost order, as well as refunded for the expedited shipping fee that you chose to add to the 2nd order that you chose to place instead of contacting us. Due to the sheer volume of orders, we have no way of knowing an order is lost, late, incorrect, etc without the customer letting us know. Thank you for your time.

Ordered one large calendar and one small calendar. I received a large version of the one that was supposed to be small and did not receive the large one at all. This was a 38 dollar purchase for which I received nothing that I ordered. I sent two emails to their customer service and waited 5 business days for a response and nothing. I gave up and ordered from Amazon which is what I should have done in the first place and will from now on.

I ordered 5 calendars on11/27/20, none of which have been received to date. I cancelled the order via a chat on 12/23/20 and they said my refund would be issued in 1-5 days. To date I have not received a refund. I have an ongoing dispute with them through Paypal.

I ordered a calendar over 2 weeks ago and still have not received it. I have called and emailed customer service and they could care less. I will NEVER order from them again and do not recommend anyone use them. This is the worst online purchase I have ever made.
I received a duplicate order for which I was charged twice. I attempted to be reimbursed for the cost of shipping to return the duplicate order. I spoke with Bonnie and Marlene who both refused to acknowledge any wrong doing by Calendars.com. Neither of them have any concept of customer service! They were both extremely rude, and condescending, ultimately refusing to cover the return shipping cost. I normally purchase calendars yearly from this company, but never again!
Calendars.com is an inventory management and order fulfillment disaster. I placed an order on December 8 for about 8 calendars, some of which were gifts for Christmas. After I placed the order, some of the choices were listed as unavailable, even though they were listed as available when I placed the order. As we sit here today a month later, I have received nothing. My order was basically lost. No follow-up. No customer service. Just excuses and shrugs. I will never order from this site again.
Ordered a calendar 02.12.2018
Stated as item shipped 04.12.2018. Money taken via Paypal and I was given a DHL tracking number.
It worked out only an online shipping lodgement was ever created and the item was never physically shipped!
ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS... BEWARE!
The site is a joke when it comes to tracking an order... just pathetic. I had to search all over before I could find the link to my current order, and when I tried to email the company to complain, they said my email addresses didn't match (which they did... just a way to avoid having a complaint register). This is the last order they will receive from me!
I have been a customer for several years. I tried last week to order a calendar and planner. I could not sign in. Sent email address and they came back and stated that they cancelled my email as requested. I DID NOT REQUEST THIS. I asked for help in changing password. Company doesn't care - customer service is the worst. Do not use this company

Like other customers, I ordered two calendars but was only sent one. The packing slip listed one item so I assumed the second calendar was elsewhere on route to me, but it wasn't.
I contacted their support and was told that I both calendars were listed as "shipped" to me. When I informed them that I was only sent one calendar, the support staff *graciously* offered to "replace" the item that was missing but added "this is a one time courtesy" so if any of my future orders were missing an item, I would have to file a complaint with USPS to do anything about it.
What f*ckers. Just taking our money and refusing to do anything their internal negligence. When I need new calendars next year, I will take all the extra time I need to look *anywhere* else.

I just checked today and it said ERROR!
They said reorder when I did reorder it was more expensive than the original order.
Sounds a little fraudulent to me.

Never buying calendars online here again. They advertised free shipping that's BS! They don't indicate on the website that it's US dollars.
I was charged $19 shipping, for something that should have been free shipping. An order that should have been a $31.50 cost me $74.50.
When I ordered, the products were in stock. Three days later, my order was cancelled, without notification, because they were suddenly not in stock. This was one week before Christmas. They also didn't reverse the charge on my card until after I complained.
Placed order on Dec. 1,2017 Charged 46.54 USD by PayPal, for 3 calendars.
Dec. 4 when they shipped, I was charged 51.70 USD by PayPal, for 2 calendars!
PayPal is of no use. They want me to pay return shipping to get refund.
Why not refund me the difference between 2 & 3 calendars of the original invoice.
I believe they perpetrated a fraud, by changing the amounts without my agreement.
I tried to order this morning and could not get it to accept the coupon code for a 35% discount. Tried to do it 6 more times and finally gave up and tried to call them. Chose to have them call me back. Waited almost 6 hours and after several attempts got the site to take the code. Don't count on customer service, because they don't have any!

Problems started with simply trying to reset forgotten password to login. Customer Service recording says over an hour wait time. Left message for callback, never happened. Used different email, sent order for 3 items. One item sent was not what I ordered. I ordered a Seaboard Seawall calendar, they sent a Seasons calendar. Again, can't reach customer service and they expect me to pay to ship it back. Will never use these guys ever again.

I placed my original order 11/1/19 and received an email that it was sent. After 2 weeks of the tracking never updating, I emailed them and they said the item was on backorder until 12/6 and to send them an email again then to have one sent to me. I waited until 12/6 and the product I ordered isn't even on the website at all anymore so I chose a replacement, which i again received an email stating it was sent 12/7, yet it doesn't even show it has been picked up by UPS 10 days later now. I have sent another email, but assuming I'm never going to see any product arrive at my house.
