Cafepress is always amazing and their staff is helpful and quick to answer any questions. More sites should be like them.
Here I am on Christmas Eve with no gift for my brother. When I ordered my Crock Pot, I was told it would arrive between the 19th and the 23rd. I received emails from Cafe Press twice reassuring me that the item would be there before Christmas. Still, the item didn't come. When I checked the status of my order, it said my order was in production. It's said that since the 15th. When I emailed Cafe Press to get the status of my order, I received an automated reply stating that my email would be answered in 5-6 days due to the high volume of emails they received. When I looked for their number in the "contact us" tab, there was a statement that the phones would not be answered after December 20th. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered the item. I was routed to them through the Crock Pot website, so I assumed I was ordering from a reputable company. Clearly, that's not the case. I hope I don't have any trouble when they do start answering the phones and I call to CANCEL my order. I do not recommend this company to anyone who has a timeline for delivery!

I ordered a hat for a Christmas present. They sent me an entirely different hat Than the one I ordered. The hat they sent was completely inappropriate for the person I ordered it for. I wrote over eight emails asking for a refund. They could not replace the hat I ordered for Christmas in time to give as a gift. I asked for a refund, and nothing happened. They have completely ignored my requests, even though they write an initial email telling you they are there to serve you and please let them know what they can do to help. It has been a time consuming process to try to get my money back. I told them I did not want the hat, as it was too late to give after Christmas. Today, January 11, they sent me another hat (after all of the requests explaining I did not want the hat), but they ignored me. The hat is really tacky. The emblem on the front is an iron on and it more for a child's hat in size than for an adult. It is truly poor quality.
The shirt I ordered is horrible. The picture is out of focus and is not placed properly on the shirt.
I ordered a calendar, which does not even have a way to hang it on the wall. I will have to either frame it to hang it, or punch a hole in it. WHAT?
Please save yourself aggravation and loss of hard earned money for the poor quality merchandise and poor excuse for customer service. I wonder if this is a legitimate business and needs to be investigated.? Most companies with this type of poor quality merchandise and lack of response to many requests to make things right(which are totally ignored) do not survive with the competition they have. That is just my opinion, but that I am at least entitled to that. This horrible company has taken my money by sending poor quality, incorrect merchandise and provided horrid customer service.
Please listen to this review... do not waste your time and money, no matter how good they make their merchandise look on the web. It is deceiving.
A very unhappy x customer.
My kids saved their allowance and placed an order for 3 hoodies on 11/29. Estimated arrival of 12/6-12/9. The package came on 12/14, and only 2 arrived. I called customer service right away. The lady apologized and said the hoodie would be overnighted on 12/16 and I would get it on 12/17.
It is 12/17 and still no hoodie. I called back and the guy I talked to said it was still in production. He said he would "escalate" it if the woman I talked to had not. He said it would be shipped in 2 days. "If she hadn't"?! 2 more days?!
He promised to "escalate" it for me. (I'm not holding my breathe.) I asked for a refund for the 3rd hoodie and a partial refund of the shipping and handling. He said he would do this. Again, I'm taking a wait and see approach.
Hopefully, I will be able to positively update this.

The credit just came through on my PayPal account. Now we will see how long it takes to get my son's hoodie.

Called today to check on status. Still not shipped. Promised, yet again, that it will be shipped tonight and I should get the hoodie by Friday. I was offered free shipping on my next order as a way to "satisfy" me for the latest unmet promise. My response was, "you really think I will be placing another order with CafePress?"
Still waiting for my Rookie Blue magnet, I received my mug but no magnet. Ordered at the same time. I will wait a couple more days until I call.
CafePress has great items and the shopping is easy and hassle free. Everything arrived on time and in one piece!
I made a purchase for my daughter's baby shower and never received it. I called and was told I had the wrong number and sent numerous emails and NOT ONE RESPONSE!
Had exactly what I was looking for at a half decent price. Could not find what I wanted anywhere else. Shipping was pretty fast.

Print anything for a buck as long as it's 'politically' correct. If it's vulgar, distasteful, or rude, that's ok.

I ordered bumper sticker SCOTTISH LIVES MATTER, paid with PayPal, next day get a refund stating they found my bumper sticker violated their policy, they find my Scottish ancestry offensive
Big disappointment! I ordered the pilot infant baby suit for my 6 months baby. Low printing quality! Doesn't worth the amount I paid.
I would not buy from here again. Item was faded and looked very old. Size was 6 months but looked like size 0.
I purchased customized flip flops and the straps on the children's sizes are huge and are way over sized. Not practical at all!

My order was a simple one, and within a few days was informed it was shipped. Alas, it took two weeks to ship one fridge magnet.
This was my first time using this site. It was very easy to use and I was pleased with the selection. I would order from this site again.

Answer: I believe the company did a great job on growth and promoting the "little guy" and November 2013 they changed policies, changed production, changed items and product quality and reduced shop owners commissions on their way to becoming greedy. They made the company a public traded entity on the stock market and was out for themselves. They got rich, the stocks fell, the products became of poor quality, and August of 2014 the president, CEO bailed out and left. To regroup they have tried to add companies like Marvel Comics, Snoopy and other big names to keep the losses from poring in, instead of supervising quality and buying a better quality product.
