I used to get nice T-shirts from here, but recently they keep screwing up my orders. There's no point in ordering from them anymore.

Some difficulty finding what I wanted, but, CLEARLY, it's due to the VOLUME of products which they carry!

I bought 2 pairs of sweat pants for my daughters to lounge in during the holidays. I don't know who works at that store but when the sweatpants arrived at my house, I said wtf. They look like clothes you might find at the Goodwill store, no I take that back. Goodwill stores would never sell anything like that. I picked up one pair and there were all kind of stains on them. They were a Christmas gift to my daughter who lives far away, when she looks at them she will think it's a joke or I don't what she will think. They weren't cheap either, 60 a piece, but they were having specials so they came down to $40. If I worked there, their is no way that I could send those pants to someone who paid hard money for. They told me to wash them once and the stains would go away.It's a shame when one puts his whole heart into something and have a company like that take advantage Someone mentioned that the returns are another negative experience, so I am just boycotting CafePress forever. Terrible, Shotty, How does this place stay open. Sounds to me they have alot of people using crack working for them. Never ever again,(;

Cafe Press charged me 19.99 for overnight shipping. They shouldn't offer it if they can't get the order done inn time.

These people SUCK... they make all kinds of claims - give all kinds of incentives... but DO NOT DELIVER... do not lose your money to these people!! They are VERY untrustworthy & do not deliver!!
My order placed on 5th July, 2014 for delivery to my home address in the United Kingdom, arrived at a UK terminal on 22nd July via Europe, it then remained for 9 days at the terminal and then the tracking showed it leaving the terminal in the UK and going back out via Europe. I emailed the support team to raise their awareness and that I was confused as to why the package would leave the UK. I was assured that my order would arrive by 1st August, despite that I raised their awareness, I then received a delivery confirmation email from DHL that my order had been delivered even though I had no delivery. When I checked the tracking it showed delivery in Niederaula, Germany! I emailed the support team and they apologised that it was late, even though I alerted them to the fact it had been delivered in the wrong country. I have had no response from the support team since 31st July, 2014 and DHL Global have ignored two enquiries.
Quite expensive but excellent otherwise. Very good in dealing with returns. LOTS of choice in everything you can imagine.

I was disappointed in the web site itself, the picture didn't line up with the product description. In addition the product quality is moderate to poor. To top it off I was magically enteted into a "cafe press" club and charged $10 a month until I caught the charges. Because I wasn't able to catch the charges soon enough I did NOT receive a full refund so my $30 poor quality t-shirt, with a bad web expeince turned into a $60+ horrible experince! DO NOT PURCHSE FROM THIS COMPANY, they will rip you off somehow!

I work at a non-profit organization, and we recently ordered baby "onesies" personalized with our logo to give to our donors, staff, and board members who are expecting. In the first batch of six onesies: one of them was double-printed, five were completely off-center, and ALL of them were very poor print quality (bad color, grainy, and pixelated) even though I uploaded a high-resolution file. The quality-control was non-existent. We contacted CafePress and asked for a refund. Instead, we were sent a replacement batch of onesies, which we did NOT want. The quality was slightly better, but still DEFINITELY NOT WORTH the $16+ each, including shipping. Upon contacting CafePress again to request a full refund, they said that we could keep the (poor quality, unusable) onesies, and that they would refund our credit card. Unfortunately, they are keeping the $13 we paid in shipping. I am still deciding whether I am going to contact them (for the fourth time in a month) but in the meantime, I wanted to post this review to warn others to steer clear!
I like this company & had no problems with anything! Not customer service, shipping, or quality! I recommend them, and WILL use them again!
Ordered a shirt that was supposed to arrive by December 18th. As far as I can tell has not even shipped. Phone number is disconnected.
Ordered 5 items including to customized mugs and applied special code that would guarantee delivery by Christmas for purchases over $50. Added $20 for gift wrapping. Called Café Press and was assured that the gifts would arrive by the 20th. After a couple of days I checked my tracking number and found out that the gifts were not scheduled to be delivered until the 27th! Called Café Press and received recording that they were "OFF FOR THE HOLIDAYS!" What! A retail store OFF FOR THE HOLIDAYS.
And if that weren't bad enough the only thing that was delivered was a card! A gift card WITH NO GIFTS! I paid for expedited shipping UPS Ground for a CARD to be delivered! And guess what, when you call CaféPress they are CLOSED... AGAIN! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CafePress again!

Answer: I believe the company did a great job on growth and promoting the "little guy" and November 2013 they changed policies, changed production, changed items and product quality and reduced shop owners commissions on their way to becoming greedy. They made the company a public traded entity on the stock market and was out for themselves. They got rich, the stocks fell, the products became of poor quality, and August of 2014 the president, CEO bailed out and left. To regroup they have tried to add companies like Marvel Comics, Snoopy and other big names to keep the losses from poring in, instead of supervising quality and buying a better quality product.
