Cabinet Parts did an excellent job of explaining to me what i needed once i acutally got to speak to a person. One suggestion i have is that you should include a phone number on your website. Not all people that are approaching you are cabinet makers or carpenters/craftsmen. Many are homeowners that are not as knowledgeable about terminology or the mechanics of hinges. Thanks again for helping me repair my cabinet door.
As advertised, got my drawer slides in just a few days and the whole process was very easy. Package came with more than I needed to replace the drawer that I had.
Got what I wanted - Blum Tandem drawers slides and various screws - at a reasonable price and with fast shipping. Everything was well packaged without wasted box space.
My experience has not been very good. Customer service was not knowledgeable about the products I was purchasing. Delivery was late even after I paid for 2 day Air.

Twenty-five year old Blum drawer connector failed. Identification of a new Blum part was accurate, reasonably priced and delivery was rapid. The part worked exactly as represented.

The hinges that I ordered were wrong, I tried to get help in figuring out what ones were needed and could not talk to a person. Then I tried to return the order and was only going to get less than a third of my money back. STAY AWAY from this company!
This shipment arrived as it should have. I had previously ordered the same Blum drawer slides, but in the next larger size. Now that I have built the cabinet, it is apparent that those slides would not fit, so I placed this order for the correct size. Unfortunately, I had determined my previous order was oversized when I noticed the draw size recommendation lower down on the bottom of the webpage about an hour after placing the earlier order. At that time, when I tried to cancel it, it was denied because the order had already been sent to the warehouse. My advice is to read all the details prior to placing any order.
Measured carefully and viewed the many options. Found the perfect size, easy order and came very quickly. Thank you!
