Love the selection and service at CabinetParts. In this order I purchased two Blum blind corner hinges for one of my kitchen cabinets. They arrived quickly and work great.
Somehow shipment was lost by UPS- Cabinet Parts customer service issued a replacement order - turned out an hour later the order was delivered- so we were able to cancel the replacement order. I would recommend Cabinet Parts to others.
Parts shipped within a day and arrived quickly. I haven't installed them yet but they seem sturdy. Price and selection for this product are much better here than on Amazon
Originally very ticked off with this company - didn't get what I wanted twice in ordering and then had a very hard time getting a human to talk to. But then, a sales manager actually called me and fixed up my problems and sent me what I needed. So, a bit frustrating of an experience at first - but then in the end, they took care of me. Would be a great company if they fixed the initial interface to get service.

My order and money was taken almost 6 weeks ago with the website promise of quick delivery. I have still not received my order was refused a refund. Customer service is a run around. The phone number directs you to "live chat" and live chat repeatedly told me "someone will contact you regarding your order." this has happened 4 times now. It's a scam. I'll be contacting the bank to get my money back. Be warned. Other review websites have similar reviews and personal experiences.
I didn't receive 1 piece to my order. I called to ask what could be done about it & they sent me another one within the day.

I need to replace several cabinet hinges which I bought several years ago. Based on the warranty they are free of charge. When I called Cabinetparts.com's phone number I was directed to their website. The company website was useless. HELP and CHAT consist of fixed topics which did not allow me to write anything relevant to my case.
Sarah was super responsive to an issue with a damaged drawer glide and generously replaced the parts and offered a discount on additional units I needed. Fast response, quick resolution, customer-oriented attitude. You took a potentially bad experience and earned a repeat customer. Mark
My order for two different styles of hinges arrived sooner than CP predicted. Good news as I knew what I wanted having ordered from them many times. Second hinge for a lazy Susan was incorrect and I could sense the rep I talked to didn't understand. Found exactly what I needed on Amazon at 1/3 the price, Bad news. Over the years I have dealt with CP there are two caveats: Know what you want and explain long and hard until you are sure the rep understands. Because the parts may/ usually come from disparate sources, precise communication is essential. Returning merchandise is not easy and often not worth it. Great website though, as long as you know what you want. Be sure the item is exactly what you need.
Customer service did not respond to multiple request regarding a missing part of our order. They finally said (after multiple attempts) that the item was on back order. No communication from them. It is now 4 months later and they just charged our credit card for the item. They are not authorized for this purchase. Shady company.
Do not buy from this company unless you like to wait almost two months for your parts, only to find out they are the wrong ones (the description & pictures were not detailed enough to make sure we got the correct application).
Once we received the hinges & realized that they were not going to work, we contacted the company to see about sending them back. We asked if there were any charges for sending them back, except paying for the ones we opened, & was told no. But when we finally got our refund (it took them almost two weeks after receiving the hinges back to get us a refund) it was short an additional $18.81.
I have emailed them asking why the additional charge and now they will not answer my emails. Very poor customer service & business practices. They are thieves.
Two of the Blum slides arrived broken - I submitted photos online and had replacements a few days later - much faster than anticipated and very much appreciated.

Ordered replacement parts for two cabinets that needed new magnets to properly close cabinet doors. Order took only 4 days from order date to delivery date. This was great service and parts arrived in perfect condition.
Just received notice that the hinges I ordered 6 months ago will likely not be filled for another 6 months. Impressed that they kept the order open but very unimpressed with their inability to fill a simple home project order.

Needed hinge to fix mom's cabinets. Could not find hinge in local hardware store. Found part on this site. Ordered it on my phone and received it in the mail a couple of days later.
Answer: You are going to get buried in freight charges, if you ordered online. They are not helpful on returns, as they don't believe their customers are one time buyers. Good luck
