I ordered drawer slides for a vanity. I thought I had ordered soft close. I received self close. It was not until I had installed the slides that I realized that I had the wrong type. They refused to let me return them. Because they had been installed. I had intended to re-order the correct slides. The only thing they offered was a discount on my next order. No thank you. I will not be doing business with this company again.
The cabinet pulls and hinges did not quite match, but we were able to improvise. The hinges were not bright like the pulls, but we were able to polish them with a wire wheel brush and get them to match.
The size of door track I needed wasn't in stock in any big box stores so I was happy to find they had it here. The price and shipping time were both very reasonable as well
I was really worried about ordering these. I'm a girl and I didn't know anything about hinges. I found what I thought was right but didn't know what the heck an overlay was! I watched the video and felt confident enough to place an order. The hinges are exactly what I needed and I ordered the right overlay!

Prompt attention in sending items, I am just not having any attention from customer service when it comes to trying to get 2 replacement parts for a Felterer 771 ECD damaged in transit.
Ordered the 15" VLS 2.0 Undermount Slide, Full ext., 90 lb, Soft Close and wasn't disappointed. Nice quality and price. I would definitely order this product again over Blum. I've been ordering from Cabinetsparts.com for many years now and have never been disappointed in the expedient delivery, and service. Any mistakes (and we all make them) was immediately addressed and corrected. They sent double the amount of clips and no hinges. They had my hinges in a day and told me to donate the extra clips to HFH. I thought that was great.

Not great. I could not speak to a living person. I needed a knife hinge. I could not find out looking through you inventory. Your chatbox machine was no help.
In my frustration, I decided to try a Euro hinge which I ordered from Cabinet Parts. It was to big.My fault. Now I need to return it. Help!
This order was a 2nd order for parts from CabinetParts. First order was fine but a little slow from order until delivery. The parts themselves were perfect. This order was also slow in arriving. The order is a repeat in parts so I'm confident they'll be fine (not installed yet).
They were very helpful in how to measure my kitchen sink cabinet which needed a replacement hinge.
I followed their instructions on how to replace and install. The doors ended up over lapping each other by 1/16+". I have called at least 5 times to get help as there is not adjustment screw on these hinges. All I get is sent to a chat which says they will contact the core team and an email saying my request has been updated. It also gives me instructions on how to measure my cabinet to purchase hinges. I can not get a live person to call or respond to the problem which i stated in my email. Their POST SALE Customer service is terrible. They insulate themselves with no way to speak to anyone!

The quality is very good. I like the self closing feature that prevents slamming the cabinet shut.
It was packaged very well with boxes and a lot of bubble wrap. Working perfectly. Easy install.
I've always received the products I've ordered promptly and in good condition. Their website can sometimes be a little tedious to navigate but their phone support is always there if I get stuck.
