Was pleased with delivery but was not happy when they say take a photo and we will tell you what hinge you need to order, it did not work, tried calling company to REAL person to talk to. Glad I ordered the correct hinge

Received shipment very quickly. Unfortunately the cabinet hinges don't fit so am returning.

The cabinet hardware we needed was not available at any stores within an hour of us. We found exactly what we were looking for was easy to find. Our shipment got to us fast and we are happy with the delivery. The knobs were the perfect size.

I ordered cabinet that would not work easily on my cabinets. I have returned them for a refund. The sales and customer service staff have been outstanding and have helped in every way they could. When the refund reaches my bank account I will order hinges that will work on ky cabinets.

When I selected cabinet door slides I was prompted to select additional hardware that's was said to be required. However when I got the original hardware it came with the extra pieces already attached and extra hardware was not required. Please correct your website for future orders

Very delicate and pretty pulls - I hate walking into a kitchen and having your eyes drawn to nothing but oversized handles - these are thin and delicate while being sturdy - I have remodeled 3 kitchens and have used them every time - I just love them!

Ordering drawer slides is confusing with the various parts needed to assemble a full drawer. I appreciate the suggestions made to ensure I got all the parts for my project. Parts showed up quickly and well packaged.

Was the wrong part but I was able to make it work. Website needs better details and dimensions. I have 20 some year old cabinets and original may be obsolete. Was not able to tell from your website. The original hinge had a part number but could not find in your website.

I ordered 15 inch drawer slides paid 124.00 extra for the overnight shipping. The drawer slides arrived but the bottom left and right clips arrived two days later. Trying to reach out to customer service. I feel as I could not use the drawer slides I should be reimbursed the shipping

Not a lot of instructions, but good value for the price. The value line sliders would be easier to manage with some instructions. If you are handy, the custom drawer with slides are a nice solution for a shallow kitchen cabinet.

I got all the information I needed to make my order, including the visuals of the parts. It helped me order the exact right size and the exact right amount and I was offered the option to get them quickly or at a different time depending on when I needed them for my job.

Got my order and everything worked out well, Went back online to buy additional items. The item was $17 and the freight was $23. I canceled my order and looked else where. I like your products and we could have a future but I will look elsewhere to save money.
